At this point I am giving it poor due to the fact that I turned it on and it worked fan was blowing set it for basement where I located it. The light bucket filled came on so I went to empty and there was no water in it at all. Not a drop. I have turned it off and let it sit for a day. I turned it back on and the same thing happened. Is there something that I did not do correctly when starting it for operation. I took the castors out of bucket area, made sure the filter was in place but still no water. If it does not work I will be taking it back.
So far so good...but dehumidifiers usually last one year and...

So far so good...but dehumidifiers usually last one year and then die. We bought the two year extended warranty and next year I will let you know how it all worked out.
The dehumidifier gets the moisture out of the air well....

The dehumidifier gets the moisture out of the air well. However, the auto shut-off is not working at all, and I must turn it off manually, or it will over flow.This is rather inconvenient.Three stars only, not four!

Basement laundry room dry again!Following a leak and high humidity, I let the unit run for two days and after a few times emptying the internal container, the basement floor (concrete and wood) is dry. Leaving the unit ticking over to keep humidity in check

Mine failed after a little more than a year. Compressor runs, but no water in tank. I guess I just expected a little more use before throwing it to the curb, but it is made in China
