solid structure.since my bed is on risers, I got 2x4s and screwed in base to make it higher Wood so good it is hard to push in a thumbtack for the curtains.I had lace curtains for drops and then an 8 buck lace tablelcloth for top. (8 buck??...I'm starting to sound like my Father!) anyway. Lots of fun sleeping under this.

Like other reviewers have stated, the bed opening is larger than a standard twin mattress. It leaves huge gaps around the mattress and looks quite sloppy. Nothing like what is pictured online. You won't know it though until you've put it all together! Super frustrating. Also, the bed is a bit wobbly. If you bump into one of the posts, the whole frame wobbles back and forth.

Easy to assemble. Way bigger than a twin bed, though. I can’t even imagine how or why the measurements are so far off. I do not recommend purchasing. Look at other brands.

Very easy to assemble! Took 3 people to help hold stuff in place while using Allen wrench to tighten pieces together. Quality is great too. I hung a canopy of the top peak and put some lights on the tulle to make it fun and girly for my 6yo daughter. She loves it! I’m very happy with my purchase.
