This is a wonderful addition to my cottage. The setup was easy and the quality of wood was awesome. It's beautiful and functional. It's fabulous!

Purchased 12/2019 and it started to flash all lights and beeps 12/2021.See picture. I noticed a burning smell when it shuts off and beeps. It randomly works here and there but when I really need it on those cold nights beep beep beep. Already called Southern Enterprises and they offered a discount to purchase a new firebox, NO THANK YOU! Out of warranty, out of luck! Waste of $

There is not just “some” assembly required.....more like “complete” assembly required but it was worth it. I love it, I turn it on everyday. It’s comforting and cozy on a winters day, and at night with the lights off watching tv. It’s realistic and the heater works very well.

Well front panel with decoration was put on up side down arrived that way so made fireplaces top have a issue, had to take off a wood piece to make top fit properly. We know but no one would ever know it is beautiful, would buy again for sure,

I just love this fireplace and the mantle. It did take time to assemble but was worth the work. It looks so attractive in my sunroom and keeps Me cozy and warm !

This fit perfectly in the space we had and I like the open book shelves for knick knacks. I also liked that it did not stick out too far from the wall where an "old" entertainment center was. Also puts out some heat!

The fireplace was fairly easy to assemble. The instructions were not completely helpful. In the last month or so that we’ve had at the temperatures outside of dropped enough to let this fireplace prove itself as far as warming the area it’s in. I wish the blower was Stronger, but we love this e-fireplace And the way it looks.

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this electric fireplace & bookcases!! Purchased it for my coastal second home in Florida, had it shipped to the local HD & picked it up there. I, being a handy 64 year young woman, was able to put all 3 sections (fireplace & 2 bookcases) together by myself; just in time for Christmas! I am an interior designer, and had wanted this fireplace ever since purchasing the second home, as the size was perfect for the wall space in the living room! Best purchase I've ever made!! LOVE being able to have the flames glowing with or without the heat!!

I absolutely love this fireplace! I bought it for my office, but am considering buying one for my house too! It's not too difficult to put together and the detailed design is really beautiful. The flame is quite realistic and quiet! Pretty impressive that it is so shallow! My pull out couch still fits in the room just fine! The option to use the remote or on the front of the unit is nice too!

We are very pleased with this product. It was shipped in a timely fashion. It adds great accent to our den. The fire appears very realistic. Quality and appearance are great. The heating ability is unknown at this point as we made our purchase during the spring time and we live in Dixie. The only hold back is in the assembly. It took much longer than I anticipated. The assembly instruction booklet only has diagrams...no wording. However, this will not hinder my recommendation.

This Fireplace arrived right on time and looks beautiful in our library We placed it on two columns of brick and it looks built in

customer service issues. I purchased a similar product from Home Depot in November 2021, within 6 months the heating system failed, I called the 800 number from Southern Enterprise and they immediately sent a replacement insert, however when I installed the new one, it too failed within 5 minutes, I tried to contact SEI. and all of their phone lines are not answered. Home Depot informed me that it's not their problem. DONT BUT PRODUCTS FROM SEI

Very cheap workmanship, cheap wood. I would not recommend and I might even return the product

Bought in 11/2020. 12/2021 it started to beep continuously with all the lights on the control panel flashing, even after turning the fireplace off (I had to unplug the unit to get it to stop) I also noticed a burning smell so something is wrong. Waste $$

It took a while to put together but it looks great! There's some nice heat that comes from it as well. Perfect for any room.

Beautiful faux fireplace. A simple style but can be jazzed up with your own decor/style. Fits perfectly in the space I wanted. Easy to assemble, took about 1 1/2 hrs. with no missing parts. The heater heats up a small area comfortably and the light adjustments are on point. If theres anything I should point out that's a negative, it would be the "heater sound" when it's on. No faux crackling sounds to compliment it. Other than that, I love it!
