Just received this Southern Living gardenia. Words cannot express how pleased I am with it. It arrived very well packaged. It looks very healthy and even has quite a few buds on it. It arrived on time. There was a problem with the shipper but Home Depot emailed me to let know that it would be delivered a day later. Not a big deal to me as the weather would not have permitted me to plant it anyway(very windy). If it warms up today, I will be planting this baby. Bought this one to replace one that I brought inside last winter but neglected it. Love the smell of gardenias. I would definitely recommend others to purchase. Beautiful shrub for a great price.

They jubilant gardenias I was expecting looked a lot more like a Bluepoint juniper

Jubilation Gardenia from Home Depot was sick and lost all of it's leaves. I've learned that this can happen when the plant is under stress, under watered, and/or without enough light. Home Depot kindly gave me a full refund.

Half dead on arrival

This Southern Living gardenia was delivered in beautiful condition, in bloom, with a well developed a rootball. A very successful purchase.

All the plants from Southern Living have been infested with snails. I've sent them pictures over and over again but they will not refund or replace. Do not buy!

Plant arrived large and healthy. Leaves were adequately protected and soil was still moist. Very good quality. Highly recommend and would order again!

I added this plant as part of my container garden about 5 years ago and it is still going strong! Recently fertilized it and it is now full of blooms. Can't wait for it to start blooming over the next few weeks. I do move it between indoors and outdoors when the weather is warmer.

I sent this plant as a gift to my daughter who loves gardenias. Unfortunately, she informed me that after a few weeks, it started show white spots all over it! That’s the reason for the one star above. She is so disappointed despite her initial excitement.

The gardenia was a gift plant, it arrived in perfect condition and is thriving in north Florida.

I love love love this awesome plant! It arrived yesterday afternoon with one flower bud and is already flowering slowly after I watered it last night. I am just so so happy I bought this. The plant is a good size in a small pot and I put it into a bigger one just to have sufficient space for its roots. I plan to moving this to ground once we're in our new house. I've always wanted to plant gardenia myself because of the amazing scent and pretty blossoms. My beautiful flowering gardenia is now lightening up my mood and gives my garden that joyful scent!

It is expensive compared to it size.

The plant arrived in healthy form. It even had a flowering branch that smelled lovely. I planted the bush and it continues to thrive 5 weeks later. Well worth the cost.

Arrive with dead blooms. Clipped them. (My fault but wind knocked over and two branches broke)Repotted and appears happy now. Gets morning sun.

The plants were a disappointment. Each of the 3 were very different sizes. They were planted in the ground 2 weeks ago per instruction, were watered daily, and show little to no growth, and are turning brown.

This plant was beautiful, it came with a few buds that eventually opened to beautiful flowers. I am very happy with this purchase and will be buying more at Home Depot.

I just received two of these. They are significantly different sizes, both super small, have spots and dying leaves, chopped off leaves and branches on the top!!!, dead flowers, and for what I paid for these, this was a complete rip off. I have bought these in store for less money and were much larger and better health. These are garbage. Very dissatisfied and I’m contacting customer service.

I received my 2 gal. Jubilation Gardenia today. It arrived in great shape and has a few open blooms (wonderful fragrance!), plus some unopened buds. It's about 16" tall. Bought it on sale which essentially covered cost of shipping. Gave it 5 stars for overall experience of ordering plant on-line and the delivered product. Obviously can't rate plant's performance at this point. Happy Spring!

Healthy plant with lots of blooms..I love gardenias and now will only order thru mail Home depot... At store Every time I bought a plant it had bugs and had to return it.. This distributor by mail is wonderful.

Many buds and blooms! Great price!

The little gardenia came with numerous buds and the first beautiful white flower bloomed within a couple of days (the second is a little yellowed with age in this photo but it was white). The shipping box was perfect and kept the soil damp, which is great for a gardenia. The price was great when I bought it too, I'd love to buy more in the future. A great gift as well, especially during such a sad time. Thank you!

It was very disappointing to see my very first plant come in such condition. Half of the flowers were Turning brown but I went ahead and replanted them anyway. Let’s see how I can try to get my money’s worth.

We received a dead plant. Ordered because did not want to go to a garden store because of COVID-19 even though the price was so much more for what I would have gotten at the store. Very disappointed received a dead plant. Have been trying to get hold of customer service to make complaint no response after holding for more than an hour. What a rip off

This is a Southern Living Jubilation Gardenia. I purchased 6 of these shrubs to replace my existing foundation shrubs. They arrived very well packaged and ready to plant. I planted them according to the instructions and they look great. They are approximately 6 inches tall. I can't wait for them to grow and start blooming. I also purchased Osmocote Plus smart release plant food to fertilize. If you are thinking of replace your shurbs and want something that will grow 3-4 feet, I would definitely recommend these.

This is a 2.5 qt. Gardenia. I was skeptical and did not want to order plants online, but I took a chance and I am glad that I did. These plants arrived when expected and they were exactly as described and were very well packaged. I bought 6 of these to replace my existing shrubs that were planted when the house was built. I planted them as directed and so far so good. I can't wait for them to grow and start blooming. As recommended, I also purchased Osmocote Plus smart release plant food. I would recommend this item.

Gardenias arrived in great condition! The size was as described. They were packaged securely and some even had blooms when they arrived!
