My fig shrub arrived with a couple of leaves on it. Some limbs were cut and now have turned brown. I have planted it into a large pot for my patio. It is barely hanging on. I hope it improves over the next couple weeks. I hope it survives. Right now it is looking very twiggy.

Very healthy Tree
I ordered this fig because it is from Southern Living, (popular grower). As "Little Miss Figgy" is a dwarf fig, I was expecting to receive a very small one. Yes, the tree is not tall, but it's a very healthy heavy tree with nice roots. This the most healthy plant I ever received by mail. Great price, secured packing and very healthy tree..., I would give A+++

Fig tree did not have a good shape, very lopsided. It was not trained properly when younger. Otherwise, it looks healthy and has a good root system.
A tree with such lobsided branching should go the $5.00 clearance rack, not be sold to a customer at the price I paid.

PERFECT DWARF FIG TREE!!!
I love this little fig tree. It arrived in PERFECT condition! Even had some small figs starting to grow with green leaves on about a 2.5 foot plant. I planted it in the ground in a nice sunny location about 2 weeks ago. The figs are getting larger and more leaves are growing. I can't wait until I can eat the figs! Thank you Southern Living!!

I think the plant will survive but most of the leaves were demolished by bugs. I can't believe someone thought it was okay to send a plant in such bad condition. I tried to exchange it but HD couldn't do an exchange online and this plant isn't sold in a local HD near me. I went to order a new one online and they were sold out so I'm stuck with it.
