If you have outside lighting at a distance from the power source, this is what you need for a 12vdc system. I have a solar charged 14.7vdc 200ah lifepo4 battery for the power source, this 10/2 wire works grate.

It’s a roll of wire and worked out great. I find this smaller gage to work better with most of the standard lights on the market. The bigger wired would cause the connector clips to break.

This is a must have for long runs of outdoor landscaping lights. It is very heavy gage wire with good conducting ability. I would have given it a 5 but the price is a bit high. It last for years so in the end it is the right wire to use if you have long runs.

It's wire so it works fine. The primary difference I could tell from the other brand I was using was the polarity texture on the casing of the wire is much harder to distinguish on this wire than the premium brands. This wire only has two ridges on it where the previous wire I was using had a full texture all the way around one side of it so it was easy to identify by touch and site even in dirt. As long as you just pay attention at splices you'll be fine but as a preference, I would like more texture on the casing.

Only comes in FIFTY or FIVE HUNDRED lengths? What about ONE HUNDRED?!? I need about two hundred feet but am NOT going to order FIVE HUNDRED feet.

Perfect landscape wire gauge with best price!

Great low voltage wire! I ran close to 1000 ft of wire and hooked up about 85 3-5 watt LED low voltage lights from Home Depot Hampton Bay. I have them plugged into 2 separate low voltage transformers. My yard looks like a beautiful oasis. I’ve had several compliments. I gave up on solar lighting. Costly battery replacements, they get dim as the batteries get low, they don’t charge well in the winter months. I went back to low voltage lights and I’m happy I did. I used this 12 gauge wire because of distance I was laying the wire and number of lights I was installing I didn’t want any voltage drop.
