We were given a $50 credit because it was an open spool but when we measure it, it was less than 500 ft. Its a good thing we need less than 500 ft. We did not bother to call HD since the credit that they gave covers the amount of the wire missing.

Was a bit slow to get here. I am listed as a "residential address" So things take extra time. Even when I tell them am here, have a forklift and am ready to unload.

The product is good but the processing of order was slow. I ordered from Home Depot on Sunday and the supplier (SouthWire) did not process the order until Thursday. Another issue is that each color (ordered black, red and white) of the wire was different lenghts. One wire bundle (white) was less than the 50 ft that I ordered, but luckily I had ordered more lenght than I really needed.

This is a good way to buy wire. Much less expensive than buying cut to length.

The #2 AWG wire was just what was needed and provided the additional connection for a sub panel.

I ordered 3 strands of #2 copper in black, red and white. All of identical high quality and well packaged.

Wire worked out fine. The wooden reel Had a cardboard center and did not hold up well under ghe weight
