Not sure; looks as though termites are being fed

I purchased this with high hopes. I followed all instructions. The sprayer could not keep a steady stream even after priming it. Tried disconnecting and reconnecting. I even went out and bought new batteries for the thing and still had the same problem. The pump struggles and is worthless. Very frustrating and a waste. I ended up disconnecting the sprayer and just slowly poured the chemical out of the bottle and around my foundation. I'd like a refund.

I’ve been seeing carpenter for awhile... it wasn’t to many to b worried. Today I used this product outside on porch...,I was sickened as they were everywhere!!!! On closer observation sprayed everywhere porch was connected... Wood porch...!! Have called CITY as tree belongs to them.. !! Don’t seem interested.. infestation tree!! Possibly I’ve found colony on my porch...( over 100) dead now... very impressed with product!! But probably need exterminator.., Then contractor....$$$$$$$

It worked great

It works. Needed to take care of small ants and the bigger ones presumably the carpenter ants, and it worked. Don't know how long the effect will last, but i'd buy this product again to re-apply when needed.

The sprayer stopped working after a few times. Called customer service and they said they were sending a replacement bottle…..great (or so I thought). It’s been over a month and no replacement. What’s the point of having a customer service number if you aren’t going to provide any?

The product is good but the nozzle was broken off at the tip had to use an old one

I put the sprayer unit together just as told. Then it said after priming the sprayer should work as I had set it to work. However, it did not say how to prime it.
