THIS POWER WASHER HAS PROBLEMS. WILL NOT DISPENSE SOAP. REEL FOR HOSE DOES NOT WORK. CAN NOT SET SPRAYER TO LOW SETING.

Power washer worked pretty good once we found the proper nozzle head for washing house siding still need to use washer for other uses to give higher rating

This washer has plenty of strength for my home improvement chores; cleaning mold off deck and aluminum siding. It's easy to take out and put away, and easy to use.

I bought this to pressure wash a fence we put up 10 years ago. Initially, we had the wrong nozzle on and weren’t very impressed, but wow, when we put the correct nozzle on, it cleaned the fence so well that you would think we just put up the fence! We even got compliments from our neighbor! Love it

This power washer was easy to assemble and met all our power washing needs.

The washer works very well for my needs. I would suggest newer models be equipped with a trigger lock that holds it in the ON position to avoid fatigue of the hands during long sessions of use.

Love my new 2000 psi power washer. The Stanley motor, and accessories are stellar. I loved that it came to me assembled, and perfectly boxed. The small instruction booklet was easy to follow and well written. I already reached out to Stanley, with my positive review.

Overall a competent electric pressure washer. The only problem I have found is trying to use it with a (floor) scrubber—the spray wand doesn’t allow a quick connect fitting to connect to the scrubber.

Easy assembly.

It did a good job washing away gray residue on the cedar fence and clearing sand from the driveway curb / gutter. Have operated it for ~ 3 hours so far with no issues. Pros: The 30 ft hose & 35 ft cord help reach more distant places. No leaks at hose connections. Unit is stable - no tendence to tip over with moderate HP hose pulliing Cons: Did not come with complete set of nozzles (missing the 15 deg yellow one) - had to order on-line. Other brands have full set. High Press hose is somewhat hard, time consuming to reel back in. Hose became scuffed-up after light contact with concrete drive.

This power washer provides a consistent spray which only operates when you pull the trigger so it shuts off when not spraying. I really like the 30 foot pressure hose as at allows me to spray my entire car without having to move the unit. There are two reasons why I did not give this unit 5 stars; 1) With the hose reel on top and this being a pretty light unit, you must be very careful or the unit will tip over when unreeling the pressure hose. The hose reel also has a hook inside that allows you to tuck the pressure hose under it so that it will not unwind when stored, but this same hook is in the way when you try to unreel the hose and it can catch so you must be careful with that as well. 2) For whatever reason, they used a very short fitting for connecting the water hose. This makes it difficult to get the hose on and off. I went out and purchased an extension so that it is easier to connect which really helps. Not sure why they just could not have made this a little longer. Sometimes I wonder if the designers actually ever use their products. Beyond those two issues, I like the unit and it performs better than other units I have used in this price range.

My Karcher pressure washer of 14 years went belly up and I shopped for several weeks before deciding on the Stanley SHP2000. I chose the SHP2000 because of several features including the 2000 psi rating, the convenience of the live hose reel, the detergent tank, and the variety of nozzles included. The positive reviews and reports of high reliability also factored into my decision. So far, it's exceeded my expectations and I expect it will for many years. I bought an adapter that allows me to connect my Karcher hose, wand and accessories to the SHP2000. This gives me additional reach with the added hose and allows me to easily clean the top of our RV.
