Delivery issue
I am impressed wirh how quickly this door came. I wont be able to take it out of package to look at door integrity until my carpenter comes in a month. I will post pics once installed on that. For now, this is a delivery feedback and i am very unimpressed. First off, just know there is no “coordinating” the delivery time or day. I got a notice of delivery, via text, 12 hours in advance. I was panicked and called the Estes delivery people to let them know I wouldnt be home until halfway through their delivery window. They asked what time I would be home, and they assured me they would let the driver know to deliver after that time. Well, THANK GOODNESS my work meeting got cancelled last minute, because the driver showed up 2 hours before our “rescheduled” delivery. And - it was just him. The freight packaging was literally falling off and not robust enough to hold a heavy sliding door together. I had to help move the door off the truck. Good thing I workout, otherwise it would have been impossible. With the horrible packaging, i just hope the door is a good door. I will post in May after we begin install. Thank goodness for a 90-day return window policy

It's not a heavy duty, but it work nice
I neede double sliding patio doors becace 1 door giving me access to the kitchen and 2 door access to the basement. Before I was unable to bring couch to the basement because I couldn't make a turn. Now I'm going to the basement straight from outside. I just bought extra handles with a lock. And installed in a right door. It is working nice. Sliding is also smooth. Doors have adjustment in high. You won't be able to lift when is close.

The door on the left side has moisture all around it! Can some please contact me. On the one side moisture seems to be on the right where doors meet on left side moisture is on piece where the blind is.

It took a little longer to install because this door was deeper than the previous door because of the blinds. Once installed, its a beautiful addition to the kitchen.

good door but one mislead
Great door, blinds work well, slides nicely and has a nice steardy non cheaply made feel. On the image the door looks like it has a 1 inch lip, but its realy 3 . But, the door is nice. And because i have a one family its a lifetime warranty by the manufacture. Nice again!

Love this Door it works perfectly for a small place. in my case my livingroom is so small that if I put my couch on one side it covers one door and if I move it to the other side it covers the other door so now I still have access to my back yard with this double sided door and plus I love the mini blinds it just gives my slider more room for my curtains.

Hubby said installation was reasonably easy. One of the sliders was a little difficult to slide but found adjustment was necessary. Doors are of good quality vinyl. No damage, carefully protected in crating.

Replaced our 26+ year old sliding door. It took a little more time than anticipated as the door framing was not perfect and the old door was really in there, but the actual install was not difficult. The unit itself is heavy so plan to have at least 1) other very strong person to help you carry it into place and be a stand in while you line everything up. Just take your time and watch some install videos on Youtube. They helped me make sure I had all of the supplies I needed so we wouldn't have to make extra runs to the store. The only thing I discovered so far that may be a little problem is the controller for the blinds. It is on a guided channel but magnetic and I snapped it off on one of my 1st tries opening the blinds. It scared me thinking I broke it off somehow but I was able to line it back up and put it back into place. If it keeps popping off, I will contact Stanley door. Other than that it works great. I posted a picture but I still need to silicone and paint the trim.

This door is really nice. The blinds are a great touch. The installation wasn't too bad. The door is very heavy and you will need help to unload it. It took 4 dudes to man-handle this bad boy out of the truck.
My only complaint is that the shipping is problematic for these doors. Despite the manufactures best intention, the first set of doors came in broken. The folks at home depot noticed the damage and told me about it before I headed to the store for pick-up. A second door was ordered. I contacted the manufacturer before pick up and asked what sort of damage I should be on the lookout for. The Stanley rep walked me through everything that I should look for to assess damage.
I would definitely buy again. A 10-year warranty for the door keeps my mind at ease, since who knows ff the blinds will fail but with that kind of warranty, I will take a chance.

After a storm took out our patio door in the kitchen we replaced it with this product. We were so excited to have the blinds within the glass. No maintenance and limiting the sun exposer was our main concern. We ordered this online and had it shipped to the store to save shipping costs. The contractor installed the patio door for us. We are happy that both side open which gives us options that we did not have before. Almost 1 year to the day while adjusting the blinds small brown pebbles started falling from the inside of the windows. The more I moved the blinds the more the pebbles fell. Now I have blinds that I cannot use and the bottom of the window is full of brown pebbles that I cannot remove.
I tried to call the support center to no avail. I called Home Depot and they transferred me to Stanley Tools, UGH. After many many many calls and google searches I final got the 866 # to what I can only assume is to a mail box to nowhere. It is frustrating that even Home Depot stated that I should have bought their warranty and I would not have this problem. My point is that when you buy a product with a warranty it should be upheld. Lesson learned either make sure you will never need a warranty or know in advance to purchase the warranty if it is substandard product.

Firstly, we are glad that you are enjoying the double sliding property of our door - it truly does add a level of convenience not found in most patio doors out there. Our internal miniblinds are also great since they are virtually maintenance-free and definitely limit sun exposure to protect the furniture and colours inside your home. However, no customer should have to deal with the brown pebbles you have described, and this is actually the first time I have even heard of this occurring!
These small brown pebbles are in fact used to absorb humidity inside the glass. They are contained inside the glass spacer and, once again, it is extremely rare that they escape. We are very sorry that this has happened to your patio door and completely understand your frustration.
Contrary to what you have been told, the warranty on your patio door is in effect and the sealed unit is covered under warranty for 10-years. Nice double sliding door
I bought this door for the internal blinds and also for the unique double slide function. The door was installed by my contractor and he did note that it was a little difficult to install as previous reviews have noted. The door seems to be of good quality and slides nice. You have to make sure to push the doors firmly shut for the locks to engage. We have not experienced a winter with it yet, but it seems to be a well built door. It took a month to have it shipped to the store near me, and it was crated nicely.

Great Patio Doorwall!
Very happy with this purchase! The door slides smoothly, looks great, and isn't drafty at all. The blinds are great and add the privacy my wife and I were looking for. Install took me about 6 hours and included three trips to the hardware store for additional materials.

The doors are fantastic! The blinds could be a better quality but for the money, no complaints. I do however, recommend to anyone buying this door, work the blinds slowly in the beginning so they seat properly when sliding up and down. Otherwise, this was a great deal

Purchased two of these
I recently bought and installed two of these doors, one for myself and the other for a customer, both in manufactured homes. So far these seem to be good quality. I have a couple issues that caused me to rate this a 4 overall. #1 was I was looking for something that fit in a standard 60" rough framing, I knew I would have to raise the header for the 80" height but on one of the doors I also had to widen the width because the door itself is 59.75", #2 is the door lock not working on both sides

Fit nicely in the space, looks great in our home! Would recommend this product! Our first door was shipped to the store with some damage, the store inspected the damage, gave me the option to keep the damaged door, or to send it back. I chose to send it back, and the store didn’t give me any push back at all, they were very apologetic and reordered my new door on the spot. Couldn’t be happier with the customer service!
