Have had this stapler from Stanley for over 10 years. And before me, it belonged to my father-in-law for who knows how long! It's been put through hades and back, asked to preform over it's recommendations and never quit on us! 10/10 would recommend to others!

This staple gun is ridiculously cheap and very high quality for the price paid. I like this gun a lot it is really strong it penetrates really thick materials and woods so easy, i never had any issue with this i would say i would buy again but i don't think i will to buy another one as this is really high quality.

Problem: Identifying the proper staples was an issue. Nowhere on the box or packaging did it recommend the proper size staple.

I'm sorry if you had trouble locating the type of staples to use with this product. The information is listed in the product overview section. You can use Stanley TRA series and arrow JT-21 style staples.

Works great for the money

Works good for the money. I used it to staple some wire mesh to some wood to make a cover a fish tank stand I converted to hold a lizard. The only thing that was frustrating was the loop that locks the Handel down sometimes gets in the way

This product worked amazing to reupholster two chairs i found in the trasg. I bought some fabric and plywood and stapled it together with my new Stanley Staple Gun. It was very easy to handle and load, light weight yet it had a good grip between the two materials. And the PRICE! WOW what a deal! This is definitely the perfect tool for my DIY obsession! Many more projects to come with my new staple gun.

Why would you put staple sizes on the staple gun that don't fit. This is the stupidest thing ever! I bought 3 sets of staples trying to make it fit. Terrible and now I am out 15 bucks!

The description says it accepts Stanley TRA series staples which is only partially correct.
This stapler will only accept Stanley TRA 204-206 !! NOT ALL TRA series. I have 6500 TRA 70 series staples that don't fit due to this small but CRITICAL DETAIL. And now a worthless staple gun.

Bought two different brands of staples. Neither fit in the gun. It just went into the trash can. Do not buy.

Great light duty and compact staple gun, great at the gun range to staple targets to cardboard which is my primary use. My only complaint is I have lost the piece that holds the staples into the gun taking it in our out of my range bag so watch that. Otherwise, a great little stapler. To those having trouble finding staples -- this is not brain surgery, just look for Arrow JT21 there're everywhere!
