Unfortunately I have reached 2xs with no response. Extremely disappointed that my ultra wheel worked great for only a few months an the whole rim broke making un able to carry. Just so disappointed because it was great... they beed to re enforce the rim /carry handles

Not only did the lid break where it connects to the hamper, now the handle area of the hamper broke. We are easy on things so why this did that I have no idea.

We bought two of the hampers 7 years ago. My wife has one and I have the other in our bathrooms. After all this time and weekly trips to the laundry room which is in the house these are still in great condition. My wifes' hamper lid cracked in a few places last month and an email to Sterlite was responded to with a new lid within a week. . This is a great company to do business with and I recommend their products highly.

This is poor quality.On my first day of use the wheels came off. I wish they had more space so you can put more clothing.I am uploading an photo to show proof of the poor quality by Sterilite.Also the handle is also not good quality.I now I have to find anyone another way to get my clothing down to the Laundromat.

Very light in weigh and easy to move thaks to the wheels. Ecellent products.

Vary light weight without clothes holds alot of clothes and you can wheel it around easy to tip over if it is not against the wall

i have had this hamper about 5 years. It is durable, rolls easily and has enough room for a weeks worth of dirty clothes.

I have had a black one of these for seven years. Have drug it up and down a flight of stairs on average twice a week and it has held up phenomenally!!!!! Love it!!

I love giving these as the packaging for my bridal and especially baby shower gifts. It is perfect for loading up clothing and carrying their baby all in one trip haha. They are so sturdy and the handle is a great plus. This basket even is easy for little kids or elderly people to use. Great product and a great gift.

This hamper is the best thing EVER!!! It’s so way to take my clothes to the laundromat now and it has wheels!

I got this for my kids when they went off to college and they loved the convenience! Very sturdy and well made. We toted so much stuff with this hamper even before the dirty laundry! It has a great handle on the back top and two sturdy handles on the sides. The wheels are a huge plus. This hamper can be stuffed with a weeks worth of clothes plus detergents to make one trip to the laundry room or unfortunately, back to mom and dad's home. When the kids graduated and moved into their own homes, they took the hampers with them and are using them to this day. Very good investment!

The wheeled hamper makes laundry soooo much more easier!! I am now able to take the clean wet laundry from the washing machine to the outside laundry line and not hurt my back from having to pick up a heavy laundry basket. This is a very sturdy laundry day hamper/basket that is a must have if you have to move from one area to another area. There are also built in handles in case you do need to pick up the hamper/basket. Lastly, the interior and exterior are very easy to clean.

I got like 4 of them all on different colors, I love them because they are so easy to ve moving around with laundry and all that, they durable I have years with them and they still doing their work..

Bought this product but lid cracked, how can I get a new lid?

I bought this a couple of months ago and the wheel broke already.

I received this hamper as I was entering college in 2007. I still own it and still love it! As a college student I was defiantly rough on it. As a single adult on a teaching salary, I rent a small apartment without laundry facilities. Needless to say my hamper has rolled many miles. The wheels broke on me a few weeks ago. I looked to find replacement wheels but was unable to find any for purchase. After contacting Sterilite, they were able to send me replacement wheels. Thank you Sterilite, I will continue to love and recommend your products!

I have bought this hamper for years. Being physically disabled and unable to lift this wheeled hamper is great. They used to come in other colors, unfortunately they now only come in white. Tacky and clashes with my decor.

I've had this hamper for six years and it still functions like the day i got it. Very durable. Great size for a weeks worth of clothes for two adults. Easily rolls on thick carpet. I needed another one for an apartment and was thrilled to find they still make them.

I have had this hamper for years and it is just now showing a little wear..something got sat on top that was too heavy and cracked lid....now I am trying to find another but there are not out there except in 3 pack???? where can I get just one???? someone else I spoke with was looking also with same problem....

I loved this basket at first, but have come to realize it falls over too easily when it’s not full. The lid also snaps shut with the slightest movement which can make this a very annoying hamper to use when you’re trying to transport laundry. I still love that it has wheels and I really would like another one but one that is more sturdy.

is there a way to replace the wheels once they are worn out

This is the most useful and best hamper I've ever owned and since the invention of the wheel! I now own 3. The portability is very important to me, making my trips to and from the laundromat so much easier! They're fairly priced. The size and shape is perfect. They are easy to wipe clean. The handle is easy to use and the wheels are sturdy. My first hamper has now lasted many years so I've more than gotten my monies worth, which is why I bought 2 more when my local store stopped carrying this model. And why I sent my kiddos off to college with one of their own. As someone who has some physical challenges, this hamper is one of my best helpful tools. I'm also proud to buy this made in USA product, helping to support the Sterilite employees. The only change I would hope for is to have them in my favorite color but I understand and also appreciate having these in true white. Many of my elderly neighbors have purchased this hamper after seeing mine. I'm so glad it's available for everyone to use, making laundry easier and safer for all ages. Thank You Sterilite!

This is the easiest hamper I have ever owned. Easy to pull to laundry room. Not heavy when it is full of clothes. Empty great.

I purchased this hamper for my son going to college for use in the dorm. Since boys are especially rough on items this hamper has taken the beating and held up. He loves that it is on wheels and can take his laundry straight to the washers and sort and then fold his clean laundry for transport back to his room. The holes in the sides of the hamper allows it to breathe and I always clip a new air freshener to the hamper when he comes home and I do his laundry.

I simply love my wheeled hamper and it’s very durable!! It makes the laundry process so much easier and has an amazing storage!! I really recommend it!

Came in good condition. It is much bulky than I expected but product is good.

We purchased this hamper when my mother in law was in rehab. We chose to do her laundry ourselves instead of leaving it to the facility. This was really perfect. She collected her dirty laundry each week and then I rolled the whole thing to my car and into my laundry room . Once everything was clean, we loaded it back into the hamper and returned everything to her . It really couldn’t have been more convenient.

So far the wheeled hamper is working well. I'm curious to see how long the wheels last. I wish there handle was longer.
