It’s been installed, but I have not used it yet....
It’s been installed, but I have not used it yet. But so far., It looks great. When installing be sure to put a compound underneath it so that it doesn’t move when you’re standing in it. The tub is nice and deep, which was important to me.

seal
They use a specialty seal that is outlined on insturction number-17. They put warning labels at end panels about this seal, and the seal is no where to be found not in any of the included hardware. I called them and they said “ do not install without it”. I asked how long to get one shipped 28-days…. If this seal was so important why would you not ziptie it in a bag?!?

It only gets 4 stars because the “soaking tub” turns out to be only slightly deeper than the old metal tub we replaced it with. Certainly an upgrade but we wish it was deeper.

Enclosure was a bit difficult to adapt to the water...
Enclosure was a bit difficult to adapt to the water faucet handles but it is very nice. I did have to order 3 different tub and enclosure kits due to damage but the 3rd one is very nice. Thank you.
