Door had to be special ordered due to the configuration. Arrived in a reasonable amount of time in perfect condition. Was replacing a homemade shed door that was apparently built by a blind shoemaker with severe palsy. Was just going to buy a door and frame it myself, but the price was so low for this pre-hung steel exterior door that I couldn't pass it up. Door installed in an afternoon very easily, even though I had to install new framing and true the threshold. If you have standard framing in good shape, a person of reasonable ability could install this door in an hour or two. Door is very sturdy and suitable for exterior use.

Door was easy to install except for the fact that the manufacturer did not have the cutout for the door knob and dead bolt aligned with cutout in jam and it took some time to get this correct.It's very hard to move hole 1/4".

door slab was well made but was 79 inch verses 80 inches on the door it was replacing. Had to change trim to a wider profile to cover the extra 1" gap at top of door.

Door is lightweight Can move it around with one person. The steel is very thin. I had to bondo slight depressions on a brand new door. This is a left hand open and was special ordered. The hinges are set up on the correct side but the hinge is OUTSIDE instead of being on the inside. The orientation is goofed up. The door doesnt come completely closed to the provided weather stripping in places despite being perfectly plumb. I think it is the character of the steel. Its so thin. In retrospect I should have paid a bit more for a fiberglass door. I did get special metal paint for it and got it painted in the recommended week. Cant leave the paint job linger. Id spray the doors next time but the roller did an acceptable job Home Depot was fastest delivery for a special order. Excellent in store pickup. No complaints there. Id use then again

This is my 3rd Steves & Sons door. I like the single large panel and they have a good rated door. Would recommend but do note a little more expensive than the Home Depot stock doors but this is a quality door.

This was a special order because I needed a 36" right hand outswing door, it did take longer than expected to arrive but was worth it in the end. Built really well; very stylish door with the single panel, much better than a solid plain door. Overall satisfied with the style and construction. Easy to install with basic tools.

The door seems a little "flimsy". I've only had it up for a week and it will take more time to see how it holds up. I expected the door to be heavier, especially for an entry door.

This door was ordered online and arrived ahead of schedule. It's packing ensured that there was absolutely no damage to the door in transit. The door was easy to install and looks beautiful! Definitely a high quality product that I expect to last for many, many years in our harsh climate.

Good build quality and arrived dent free (this time). Significant upgrade for our interior garage door, excellent seal to help with efficiency.

While the picture of this door appears to have brick mold trim on the outside it in fact has no trim at all. The weather stripping is okay but was pinched and the vinyl cover rubbed off in a few spots. Not a major concern but for the price I expected a bit better.

The picture makes it appear to have a window with the blinds closed. That is what I thought when I ordered it. Went to Home Depot and returned. No problem there.

Door is very good but door frame is not strong and just running the screws in for the striker plate caused the wood to begin splitting. I would suggest that the door frame be redesigned to make it as good as the door.

The door was good, although a little wonky in the frame. Although it appeared well wrapped when we picked it up there were dings through to the metal
