3 of the cells were low on voltage, the rest...
3 of the cells were low on voltage, the rest were OK but on the low side, for a camera or something they are ok, I got them for a Taser, so maybe they are not the best choice for a high draw device.

The price is appropriate as the ratio of cost-per-number-of-month's-usage is about the same as the more expensive option (i.e. Duracell). Bottom line: lower cost = shorter life span... so you truly do get what you pay for and these will need to be changed out more often... No secrets here; easy decision to make.

Home Depot's price for these batteries was very competitive. They were delivered on time and in very good shape. I verified that the batteries were "in date" (they had expiration dates greater than 9 years in the future). They work perfectly in my security system devices. I would recommend these batteries to my friends and I will buy them again from Home Depot in the future.
