It was cut too short but there's nothing I can do about it now

It is hard to find vinyl roll-up shades that are cut to size anywhere! I’m glad Home Depot still provides this service and I love my new privacy shade.

The spring action is just average

I used for a 22x67 door to black out. These are to cheap. When extended to 67 the sides curl up cause a bow in middle not blocking window. But the 89.00 ones. Do not be out 70.00 like was for 2. Or if you do buy you need to add 4 inches and inly use for outside mount.

Over priced for quality, retraction mechanism is temperamental and won’t rewind all the way.

I tried to buy my shades at the Home Depot on Granite Avenue in Quincy, MA. There were two employees in the rug dept. who could have helped me but as soon as I asked for help they both decided, one at a time, that they needed to be on their phones. I waited for about 7-8 minutes and just gave up. I walked out of the store and drove down two to the Copeland Home Depot, Quincy, MA. There I found two employees, who didn’t even work in the Shades dept. who offered to help me. They both went up to the Service Counter and had a shade dept. woman paged. The woman was so polite and did an excellent job of cutting my shades. I am so thankful I decided to go to the Copeland HD. My perfect score is absolutely for the 3 employees at the Copeland store who helped me. I will continue to shop there! My God

Perfect for the the need … we have street lights out our front windows as we live on a corner but most of the time we want to have the windows open to let all light in ! Blocks out when needed

They were incorrectly measured and cut at your outlet. They did not fit my windows. I returned them for a full refund.

The shades are a good and necessary product. Your stores are no longer stocking them, I got the last three available after checking three stores. Charles, at the N. Versailles store, cut my shades to size. He is a great sales person, a credit to your store.
