Rug color misrepresented as gray; the pattern was mostly brown and "distress" areas just looked dirty.
Returned it. Disappointed in misrepresentation.

Monitor settings do play a role in color hue and same goes for phones/tablets. We encourage to look at both and also at product videos to see if there is any change in tone/hue. We also stock this item in most if not all the stores. Appreciate the feedback and let us know if we can help in anyway

I don’t think the online pictures do justice to this area rug. I needed a bigger rug for our table. This works well with the room colors and was very affordable. I have absolutely no complaints.

Strong chemical odor
The rug looks great but it has a chemical smell that won't go away.
I tried vacuuming, airing it out, and using deodorizer - still has a chemical smell to it.
I hoped it would go away. Now I can't even return it. Would not buy again!

Good looking rug
Nice looking although quite thin. Thinking of adding a pad for some cushion. I liked this rug is available in several sizes to complete the needs of a single area.
