When I received this pressure washer some assembly was required, the instructions are clearly illustrated and concise. I did try out the soap/cleaner dispenser and together with the soap nozzle worked as it should. The included 25 foot pressure hose is a bit short for me especially for washing a vehicle you will have to move the unit around to reach around a vehicle. I did purchase an additional 25 foot hose so that I don't have to move the unit around while washing vehicles. I did notice some oxidation on the pressure hose ends. Overall for the price it's a quality unit and it works as it should.

Product was easy to assemble. Water pressure was perfect for washing a car without stripping its paint. At 30 feet, the electric cord was long enough; and to my surprise it already has a built-in short circuit feature. It also includes a 20-foot high pressure hose that's attached to the wand. The only thing that we had to supply was a short hose connecting the Sun Joe 2030 to the outdoor water spigot.

easy setup and first use following directions. i power washed large 20x 40+' backyard paver area in about 3 hrs of near continous use w no issues. will power wash large wall and home vinyl siding next... the choice of jet nozzles is just what i needed!

I bought this on sale and had it delivered. I wasn't sure if it would be strong enough for the grime buildup on my walkway, but it did the job! I really enjoyed using this pressure washer! I found the assembly instructions fairly easy to follow. Not bad for a fifty year old lady. The only problem I had is that it is hard on my arthritic hands to hold the trigger down after about 10 minutes. Otherwise 5 stars. I just purchased the cleaning attachment so I can do the driveway in stages.

Great power washer. Plenty of power. Very easy to use. And great attachment nozzles to adjust your power for different jobs. Can't go wrong with this power washer. Took mold and plenty of dirt off everything we used it on. Wood privacy fence, garage and house siding shed and vehicles.

Worked well cleaning my driveway. Easy to operate and sturdy for small jobs.

Screw on hose fitting at the spray handle make this a better quality unit then the snap on type on lesser quality electric washers. I also ordered the optional “scrubber” head which worked great on my sidewalk and patio. It’s twice as much as the cheap units but has shown to be worth it.

After reading many reviews I decided to purchase this pressure washer and was completely not satisfied! This was to replace a 13 yr old pressure washer. The water pressure on this washer is very light, even after trying the different spray tips. It will take me all day to clean my patio. You can see from the picture how I tried to use it on one spot and it's not really doing much. Very upset. Perhaps mines is defective

I have never owned a pressure washer. We moved into a new home with a deck (also a new to us feature). It needed cleaned and resealed. I did some research and thought this unit would be a good choice for our home use need. It was easy to assemble (not much really, just putting on the handle and other small attachments). It did the job. We ran it hard for 6-7 hours straight the firs day. It took the "dirt" off the deck just like I expected. It was time consuming because it is not a big gas unit, but as long as you are willing to take the time, it will get the job done. We used it again the next day to finish the project. The deck looks great!

Easy to assemble with all pieces present. Used to removed solid stain from deck. Was a lot of work but the pressure washer served its purpose.

This Pressure Washer has powerful.

Worked great when I first bought it. I put it away properly for the winter. I get it out to use less than one year later and it keeps shorting out. This is a giant piece of garbage and I should have heeded the warnings from others who gave it a bad review. It’s junk... DO NOT BUY THIS. Now I’m left with no power washer and have to wait for Monday to discuss the warranty. If I could have given it negative stars I would have. SUNJOE=junk

I have a big blahs blahs gas powered blahblah and it works awesome always starts works good. But man I would put stuff off cause that brut is a pain to lug around setup etc. So bought this little guy for simpler quick tasks. I should note I wasn't expecting to much out of it. Used it the first time today and it took no prisoners. Used for probably 4 hrs and it did stuff was expecting to drag the big boy out for. Bottom line: great purchase does everything and more I was hoping for albiet only the first run

It’s not as powerful as commercial grade pressure washer, but its good enough for typical household applications, such as fence and concrete floor cleaning

This pressure washer does an amazing job as you can see in the photo. I used the surface cleaner attachment, which I would recommend for this type of cleaning. I actually had fun testing it out. I can't wait to do the porch, patio and driveway.

I am very satisfied. This power washer is made well, I love the interchangeable tips for the wand. Made sturdy, hose connects easily and does not leak. I hope it holds up a few years. As most cheaper ones I've had lasted only 1 year. The wand is metal. And the hose is heavy duty.

Couldn’t be happier! This was first time using a pressure washer, and it couldn’t be any easier! I was able to use it for my car wash without a problem! The 14mm quick release adapter made it simple fast. Thank you Sun Joe!

I bought this to clean my driveway and had a really hard time. Then I bought the 10" surface, deck and patio cleaning attachment and the quick connect turbo spray nozzle and what HUGE difference! I would highly recommend, but plan on buying both of these attachments to clean your driveway and stairs.

I'm an ex House Painter, so I've use a lot of pressure washers in my past. the one thing I absolutely hate about them was the Gas. I hate the smell of gas. I hate dealing with gas. Well with this Sun Joe Pressure Washer, Gas is not an option. No gas required. The 2000 psi works fabulous. there isn't anything I can't do with this machine, that I I've done in the past. plenty of pressure for my household needs.

this product is easy to use and for my small jobs like deck cleaning (my deck is 18x60ft) and out door furniture cleaning it works like a charm

This is a great pressure washer for those who want versatility, You can power wash anything from car's, concrete, decks, siding trashcans anything you can imagine. Also has detachable pressure heads and 2 bottle cleaner dispensers, And don't be fooled because of it's compact size it has the power. This is a great purchase for all.

I had some problems at the beginning it would over heat and start making noises when I stopped using it . But its decent it gets the job done

I took a chance in purchasing this product for home use. Specifically the walkway to the front door. After reading reviews, pricing a variety of other power washers to include gas, and even more expensive ones from the big box stores, and online sites, this is the one that did EXACTLY what the reviews stated. I purchased the optional surface cleaning attachment, along with a cheap big box store sprayer for a bleah water mix of 1:3 prior to using the set up. I waited about 15 min then BOOM!!! I enjoyed cleaning with this power washer. Recommend using some cool music, large shade hat and some shades. THANK YOU SUN JOE.

This was the first time ever using a pressure washer and a Sun Joe. Read a bunch of good reviews on it and wanted to try it. Better than expected. I washed my whole vinyl fence and it's looks brand new. I had to use the second to narrowest tip (15 degrees) to get enough power to remove the dirt, mildew, and moss so it took a while (almost 4 hours). For the money this is a great buy. If you need something more powerful, get gas.
