After assembling it, I found that there was a flaw. I called for many days to Suncast. the lines were busy. When I finally got in touch with someone, she was very helpful and understanding. And because it was their fault, they shipped me the part, no charge. Very nice to deal with, even though it took a long time to get results.

We are LOVING this service cart!!! I am using it as a high top table on my upper deck. The wheels lock which is a plus since it can get pretty windy on the water, and it has stayed in place. The two cabinet are a really nice. There is plenty of room for your stuff. It is very easy to clean. And the BEST part is YOU NEVER HAVE TO PAINT IT!! Since we live on the water the salt can be harsh on wood and metal and this is all a tough plastic. Putting it together was literally a snap. No tools are needed it all snaps together!!! I would definitely and have recommended it. I am very pleased with my purchase. And I'm sure you will too. And you will find many uses for!! I will be getting another one and using it as a little bar cart on my lower deck.

The Serving Station is a fine product once it is put together. It takes three hands and two calls to the Manufacturer to get the final result but it is well worth it. This is our second cart-the first lasted ten years outside in harsh winter and summer elements.
Pros: Durable, High Quality of Material, Easy to Clean, Easy to Use, Sturdy, Looks Great, Looks High End, Good Size & Weight
Cons: Difficult to Assemble

I use my cabinet to store my small bags of potting soil and small gardening tools. It works perfectly. It was simple to put together, just snapped the pieces in place. Very happy with this cabinet.
