Radon in basement was very high.took a little time to run the pipe to a outside wall and to make a hole in the floor and wired. But every thing is good now. Radon is below 4.0 now. Very happy!

Easy to install, took several hours with assistance from brother who is independent contractor. Works well, our radon level in the basement was 12.2 which is more than triple the level considered to be acceptable. We also purchased radon monitor which we installed in our main living level which was 6.5, which is still above the acceptable level of 4.0. Using radon mitigation system installed in the basement and sealing the sump pump , our level dropped over next several days to 2.9. Unfortunately since it was February in Ohio unable to open house to help remove radon. After radon level dropped to 2.9 we moved the radon monitor to the basement and our radon level was 1.2.
Easy to install and looks good. Works great, however, I wish it was made in the USA.

Product works as described, was easy to install, and included everything needed (except power cord and piping). Installation instructions were good. I chose to do an attic installation. Probably didn't need the moisture bypass but added one anyway. Fan makes some noise but not annoying. Radon went from 12.9 down to 1.8.
Great value for the money, all parts included was a bonus.

fan installed easily and works very well. All of the fittings and monometer were included which made my job very easy. I just had to add a power cord. Shipping was very fast. The whole experience was excellent, also, the fan is very quiet.

Excellent product, super fast free shipping, cheapest price anywhere. I installed it in the basement with easy to follow instructions, and it looks great. It is very quiet. I couldn't be more satisfied. It lowered my radon from 12.8 down to 0.67. And best of all, after three mounts there is no noticeable increase in the electric bill.
