Most of the pieces were in decent condition, but had a lot of tear out and imperfections from the jointing and planing process. One piece had snipe, and another piece had a knot right in the middle of the board

Actually two of the pieces had cracks and another was warped so bad it was almost not usable

Amazing Woods
Swaner Hardwoods are amazing. Very distinctive and unique grains with very few, if any, blemishes and/or imperfections. I have never been disappointed with anything I've purchased from Swaner and will continue to buy more. These boards are perfect for the plaques and art I create.

Hi Richard,
American Cherry will darken as it is exposed to light. It starts out a lighter color after it is freshly milled and then will darken as it’s exposed to UV light. Thanks for the inquiry.
