The duster cloths are great but the handle is not! The old version was better because it actually held onto the duster. They just slide off the new handle. Very annoying and doesn't make dusting easier.

Just moves dust around, doesn't pick it up. Not fluffy like the picture on box.

I have been using this for years. I just wish that it didn’t slip from the holder so easily. My very first one had little bumps that held the pad way better.

I was thinking this would be at least “get the job done “ I was so far from wrong ! I could had done the same with a paper towel! I tried to return it with no avail and only encountered problems. I ended up throwing it on a shelf and EVERYTIME I look at it I’m disappointed that I spent money on it !

I do not find that these 'trap' dust. My microfiber cloth works better. The Swiffer dusters 'move' dust.

I have become very disappointed with Swiffer Dusters. I loved them for years but now they are thin and flimsy. Half the quality they used to be.

WHEN YOU ATTACH THE DUSTER TO THE HANDLE IT GOES ALL THE WAY TO THE END AND COMES OUT THE OTHER END ( THE PLASTIC STICKS PAST THE END OF THE CLOTH DUSTER, WHEN IT DID THAT IT SCRATCHED MY TV SCREEN) I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED IN YOUR PRODUCT.

This product seems to have everything you need to clean. However it’s constantly on telescoping which means you make it the length you need and as soon as it touches the corner of your ceiling it starts to get small again it doesn’t stay locked in a fully extended position so if you’re trying to dust a ceiling fan as soon as it touches the fan blade it starts to get smaller. It does not stay the length you need it. There’s a locking mechanism on the head of the duster but it doesn’t fully lock so you try to dust the slightest amount of pressure and all of a sudden the duster is vertical instead of horizontal. It’s really disappointing

I am a new swiffer duster user. I have a self cleaning oven, which is great, but due to arthritis in my back, it’s very difficult for me to reach the back corners of the oven to wipe the white ash out after it’s done the cleaning process. Tonight I put a little water on a heavy duty duster, was able to reach the entire back and sides and bottom of the oven with no problem, and wiped it out & dried it in a matter of minutes. Fantastic! Of course I also use them for dusting the bottom and tops of my furniture that I can’t reach.

The duster doesn't stay on the handle There is no watch to attach it Therefore if keeps falling off.. Not impressed with product/

The first thing I noticed, it does not fluff up anything like the picture shows. It’s difficult to figure out even where to insert the handle. It is extremely cheaply made. the price of all the products in that line should be less than they are. A dollar store product would work about the same, if not better.

The product does not expand to fluffy head for dusting it does not have enough body in the dusting head have ordered a duster from another supplier

These new yellow extender and yellow refills, excuse me but stink. What happened to the blue extender one and blue refills. They're much better.

I looked everywhere for some instructions on how this handle attaches. I finally figured it out. Seriously it would improve your product so much if you just showed someone attaching the duster to the handle!!! Don't says "just attached to the pockets...Pockets could mean anything. A video showing someone attaching the handle to said pockets goes along way.

WORKED GREAT! Exactly what I needed to get cat hair and dust off of walls, etc. I love the extender and was able to reach all hard to get spots. I was a little confused on how to put the duster on the extender, so I recommend putting assembly instructions on the box so u don't have to search for them.

I purchased a box of the 360 heavy duty swiffer dusters, but am very disappointed with the product. They do not fluff up anywhere near as shown in the photo on the box. The one side has hardly any of the fluffy yellow fibers as compared with the opposite side. Trying to locate the two sleeves to attach the handle was a challenge in itself. These seem like a cheap knockoff.

So I just got these and I cannot find any holes to insert the holder into. I guess I can use them as a hand held duster but that wasn't the point. I'd never tried Swiffer products before because they have a too good to be true quality to them. Sadly that was borne out with this purchase. I would not recommend these nor will I be purchasing them again.

There were no pockets to attach duster to handle so the product was useless... don't know if box was defective but will never buy again

This thing is awesome!!! I usually hate trying to dust because it feels like you just move it all around in circles! Static is not my friend! But with this, it means keeping everything dust-free is a breeze. I feel like a cleaning goddess! The only downside I found is that they couldn’t be washed.

Dusters don’t stay on handle but if you just use them without the handle they work great. Been using swifter wet and dry for floors and they’re great, but these don’t have any way to hold the duster to the two pronged fork handle without a rubber band

I agree with those who note it's impossible to get a new duster on the handle securely and effectively. Most times it comes off; other times I'm dusting with the plastic attachment! The two "slots" you say are there are impossible to find--or they're not actually slots. Needs redesign!

I bought a Heavy Duty Starter Kit recently, to dust around my computer desk, with monitors, mouse, keyboard, USB backup device, and the usual stuff. I found the duster to be very effective, but the design of the handle, at least the portion that is meant to grip the duster, is too slippery, and I found the duster comes off frequently as a result. Also, there are no instructions for replacing the duster onto the handle. I've seen a note on this site, in relation to a similar complaint, explaining to simply slide the duster onto the handle, which sounds simple. But in practice it's almost impossible to install a new duster, and even when you do, it comes off frequently. Swiffer, you really need to address this problem, as it ruins an otherwise effective product.

The new handle design is terrible. You spend more time picking the duster off the floor than you actually do dusting. I hate the design...

Had I rated this duster a few years ago I would have given it a 5; however, here lately they seem to leave as much in the air as on the duster. Love the floor cleaners but getting harder to find the solution.

Terrible product packaging. Inadequate instructions on attaching duster to handle. Website isn't any better. Very disappointed.

I love them because they don't slide off when using them like the other imitation brands do. I use both sizes, the short and the adjustable long one is great for ceiling fans. Just wondering if they are able to be cleaned and used again?

It works good. I just can't dis-assemble the stick to get it back in the box.

I love the original swifter duster because it way easier to use and cheaper. My local stores now only carry the 360 products now and I’m so frustrated!!! The duster never goes on easily because half the time the sleeve to hold it on is clogged with glue or something. Such a pain!!! If I can find something easier I will switch or please bring back the original!!!!!

This is an inferior product to previously owned dusters. The 'locking' mechanism for the dual head does not stay locked; the extendable handle retracts constantly (there is no way to lock it into place), and the dusters pull off with the least bit of resistance. It doesn't collect more dust, either. This was a total waste of money; disappointing, flimsily made and frustrating to use.

I wrote to you about a month ago to see why my swifter hallway come off ,you said there is a locking mechanism but they are still coming off everytime I dust what is wrong,I even went and bought new ones,I might get a different brand
