Initially, the swiffer did not work but realized the batteries provided may not have been good and put my own batteries in and now it works fine. So glad I did not have to return to the store.

My first one lasted about five months using it about five hours a week. I bought a second one to split the time between them with two of us using one. Second one died after about three weeks. Replaced it than other one died. Purchased two more. They lasted about three weeks. I now have five broken units.

I've always used the wet jet. It's easy to assemble and does what it needs to do.

Worked a lot better than anticipated and hoped for. You do not need to overspray your vinyl tile.

Overall, I love how easy it is to use the WetJet, and how clean it gets the floors. But, like other reviewers, I have had issues with the handles breaking. If you put any muscle behind this mop AT ALL, the handle will just snap in half. Swiffer claims that their products go through many quality tests, but testing the handle strength is clearly not one of them. It's so flimsy that even a child could easily break it. I've had to throw at least 4 of them in the trash over the past few years. For this reason, I eventually ended up switching to O-Cedar. I also wish Swiffer would come up with a USB rechargeable motor-- who still uses batteries in 2023?

Perfect WetJet , the lights are great

First a little back story before I get to the meat and potatoes of this review. I own a 13 year old Dog, whom recently has gone totally blind. She was not eating her regular Dry food (that she has been eating for most of her adult life) so I decided to switch it up to Wet dog food instead. On the packaging it recommends 1 tray per 5lb. Since the Dog is only 10.6lb I decided that a feeding in the morning and a feeding in the evening should be appropriate. First mistake. Last night around 6pm I fed her a tray of food and during the early morning hours was panting (which is a sign she needs to go out). After she was finished her business (all normal) we came back inside. Around 6:30am I decided to feed her another tray of food before I go out for Breakfast and then do some grocery shopping. All secure knowing that she had done her business earlier in the morning and is good for many hours. In retrospect, my second mistake was putting another tray of Wet dog food into her bowl at 6:30am before I left for Breakfast and get some errands done. I returned around 11am in the morning. A little later than usual as traffic was a bit on the silly side this morning and there was some computer issues to contend with my Mother's laptop (I am the Tech guy in the family). When I opened the door and stepped inside, an ungodly smell hit me. After standing dumbfounded as to where or what the smell is my eyes noticed a paw print.. in poop. A few more poopy-paw prints that seemed to circle my kitchen and veer off into my living room. There, on the floor (and partially on a my brand new desk) was obviously the reason and cause. It resembled a board game where you follow the trail to get to the end. Only in this game, the real winner is was the Swiffer WetJet. Seems that I may have been overloading her system with a new food. Rather than start slow, as per my usual, I jump in with two feet and now the reason here.. the review... I immediately started damage control. I grabbed with Swiffer WetJet and realized, that I have no replacement pads so I would have to use the dirty pad. After cleaning up as best as I can (I will admit, a few involuntary gag reflexes at a few parts) I broke out the Swiffer WetJet. I almost felt sorry for it. In no time at all, my floor once again, was clean(er) and since I am using the scented cleaner the smell was a bit abated (though not by much, I owe Febreze and 5 Star rating as well after this) after cleaning it up. At a few points, I was really putting my weight into it and fearing the with my luck, the Swiffer would break, nope. It cleaned up the ugly mess and pad thrown into the garbage and disposed of quickly. From here on it, whenever I hear about someone complaining that their Swiffer WetJet is not doing what is supposed to do, I will tell them this story. Absolutely incredible product and will recommend to anyone with Pets. Now off to the store to get some replacement pads.

Does not clean very well. The pads don’t stick good. Very disappointing.

I like the change to have both spray nozzles converge towards center vs fan spray in my previous model. The change in location of the power button resulted in unexpected sprays when I moved my hand position- my only complaint.

This product has lasted me 2 months using 3 times a week, battery door is flimsy and keeps opening. Squirter stopped working. I am using a brand new bottle. Very disappointed! I guess I need a new one already.

Love this mop!! Simple to use, cleans floors easily and well, Eliminates extra work!

It works hard on the dirt...

The item did not come with batteries or the compartment to store them in. I did not notice this until after opening up the package. I need an exchange for this item as I was extremely excited to use but was left with major disappointment. You need to do better than this as a major corporation. You are giving way too much power over the people. I demand an exchange or refund.

Just what I needed. Does a great job of cleaning. I used the antibacterial cleaning solution.

Easy to assemble Swiffer Wet Jet. Mopped floors immediately and was very satisfied.

Perfect for everyday floor cleaning or quick messes. Not having to have a bucket of water and needing to wring out a mop is definitely a huge plus!

This is ok, and convenient for a quick spill cleanup. Definitely no good for a deep clean. Have been using just this for 2 weeks now. Today i used it, then immediately took out my steam mop just to see. And the flith left behind made me gag.
