If you get the pad wet with WetJet solution, it'll stick to the bottom of the mop. Place the pad on the bottom of the mop, spray solution on the floor, and then let the pad absorb some of the solution. We'd be happy to see how we can best help you with this. We suggest making sure that our WetJet is indeed suitable for your floor type. This shouldn't be used on unfinished, oiled, or waxed wooden floors, as well as non-sealed tiles. If your floor is brand new, it may have a special coating to protect it during shipping, and this can cause streaking. If this is the case, using the product a few more times should solve the problem. Streaking and cloudiness can also happen if other cleaning products have been used on the floor recently. We'd be happy to see how we can best help you with this. First, insert fresh AA alkaline batteries that all come from the same pack into your WetJet. Make sure all the cardboard has been removed from the solution bottle holder, and the solution bottle is fully "clicked" in, with the narrow side of the bottle against pole. As well, your WetJet may need priming. To do this, hold the button on the handle in for several seconds until spray comes out of the nozzle; you may need to squeeze the solution bottle gently while pressing the spraying button.
