I can't believe there are no other complaints about how poorly the seat fits on the basin. See photo. It's ridiculous! I contacted Swiss Madison & they just kept insisting it was installed wrong. I took it off and reinstalled it exactly to their instructions & it looked the same. The seat they sent me is simply too small for that toilet. I now have to try to hunt one down that will fit. Extremely annoying! Otherwise I'm happy with the toilet itself (so much easier to clean, it confounds me that all toilets aren't shaped like this).

I like the toilet but the 1 thing I can’t stand are the plugs that cover where the bolts go keep popping off.
It’s supposed to be a nice sleek finish but looks horrible with a big hole on both sides!!

This review is for a Swiss Madison 1 piece toilet. It was easy to install and has a tornado flush that only uses 1.28 gallons per flush. It works very well and gets everything the first flush, no skid marks (98% of the time), unlike some of the other toilets available. The seat is a slow close seat. The seat is so easy to clean, it has 2 buttons you push in to remove the whole toilet seat. I'm very happy with my purchase! It was the 3rd toilet placed in the main bathroom in the past 3 weeks. My husband is happy he doesn't have to remove and install another toilet. I bought the Swiss Madison toilet online, on sale for 170 :) it was delivered to my front porch by UPS within a week. Originally I purchased the Primo Jacuzzi 1 piece toilet for 189, then I purchased the Glacier Bay 1 piece toilet for 159. Both flushed the same. The Primo had a nice comfortable toilet seat, that stayed put and closed slowly. My husband liked this toilet and put it in his bathroom. The Glacier Bay toilet seat was TERRIBLE, it moved around constantly, it would not stay in place no matter how much you tightened it, it also slammed shut. I would have posted more pictures but HD review only allowed 6 :D

This toilet has worked quite well and is a better fit for our master bath. It is very easy to clean. The only issue is a missing soft plastic bumper on the seat lid. We have been waiting for 80 days now after being told the part was on backorder. Kind of makes me wonder what is being put on new product leaving the factory.

So worth it!!
We love this toilet! We have saved SO much on our water bill since its installation almost a year ago. There were few, if any, reviews on it at the time, but this toilet met the depth that we needed, as we have a vanity in front of the toilet, so not much leg room! I was looking for a one-piece, concealed trapway. The minimalist design also looks awesome. We installed a bidet at the start of the toilet paper crisis. Every flush we do is a "low-flush". We had to replace a part after installation (the part that connect the flusher button to the interior part that initiates the flush), but we were able to get in touch with Swiss Madison, even at the end of March 2020, and they promptly sent us what we needed. Lucky for you all, the price has dropped a lot since we purchased it, but I would spend it again without hesitation.
