I've installed so many toilets and this one did me in. lol. 1. Make sure the water line in not in the way. This toilet widens as it goes back to the wall. 2. The opening for the floor bolts is forward of the opening to tighten the bolts. Almost impossible to tighten. Must use a small ratchet. 3. Couldn't install in guest bath. Will put in storage when I can design the toilet room in the master around this toilet. Super annoyed.

We are very happy with this toilet! We needed it to fit a small space and it's perfect! The flush is very powerful compared to what we had previously and I love the look of it. We had a plumber install it, so can't really say how easy it was to install.

I just got one of this toilets and so far, I'm very happy with it. Excellent for small spaces.

For small narrow butts

Replaced 3 commodes with this one. Very efficient and economical flush. Will definitely use more on next projects.

These toilets are very small which is certainly my fault for not paying more attention to the dims. If you are a little person these toilets might be perfect. To each there own.

Perfect size for my small bathroom

I really love the size, simplicity and modern features (e.g., eco flush mechanism). Only problem was the tiny work space on the side for any adjustments needed during installation. Hopefully though that was a one time only issue, as it's otherwise great.

The toilet arrived in good condition. Ordering and pick up was easy, communication good. Installation was as expected. I used blocks and wedges to position and lower the toilet onto the flange, since it is heavy and work space is limited. Used wax free flange seal. The instructions provided lack the information about setting the flush push rods. The toilet works well, good flush in both flush modes.

We love the toilet but our contractor hates us now and said he will never install another of these toilets because it was so difficult. This from a man who can yank a toilet and install a new one in about 20 minutes....well this was no 20 minute install...more like 2 hours....the toilet takes very little space - making the bathroom seem way less cramped than it is - just a much better feel - the one piece is easier to keep clean and i love that there are no little plastic covers on the side screws for my cat to steal and chase around the house until she reaches the Black Hole (basement) from whence they never return. Of course, this is probably why is was so hard to install, the screws are inside the toilet base. anywa - iwould actually give the toilet itself a 5 but the installation a 2.... it looks amazing and works like a charm.

Toilet too small urine gets all over it!! Highly not recommended
