GFCI outlet lasted 2 months
Overall a good product other than the outlet. Red dot dead after 2 months. Replaced it with a Leviton.

Unreliable GFCI
Purchased 2 of these GFCI's and installed them. Both GFCI's failed within a month...blinking red light and solid green . Would not reset. Replaced with Leviton GFCI's .

I wish the cover would have been larger to accommodate...
I wish the cover would have been larger to accommodate the electrical plug and wire better. I added tape to help keep it closed.

I needed to replace an outdoor outlet on my deck...
I needed to replace an outdoor outlet on my deck and this was the perfect fit. Super easy to install, especially if you already have a metal electrical box in place. The complete system for a functional outside outlet. Provides you with a GFCI outlet to meet most outdoor needs and a simple but well designed cover to keep the water out. If you also need to leave a cord plugged in during wet conditions, this will provide you with an outlet on the bottom to allow the cord and outlet to be protected from the rain.
