We love this chair. This is the 3rd and best massage chair we’ve owned. If we could add 1 feature or ask for 1 improvement, we would ask for a way for heat to also be included in the foot attachment. Bravo!

We purchased this chair a few months back, and I can tell you this is a quality chair that has many great features. My wife and I take at least one message each day, and it's comfortable just sitting in it. This chair messages your entire back including the lower back and buttocks. The air bags are wonderful. Assembling the lag attachment was very easy after watching the video. You'll need some strong people if you want it up stairs, as it's quite heavy.

The leg part don’t work.

Ok chair overall but the lower lumbar and neck areas are very minimal or lacking altogether.

The chair feels good

Very heavy. Missing USB charging port and missing Osaki emblem by arm rest. Everything else is wonderful.

I really like the chair features and massage, but after about 18 months it stopped working- getting a non-stop beeping and flashing "-15" which is an error code. I called Osaki and they sent me parts to try and fix it myself since they won’t pay labor for repair and THEY WON’T COVER THEIR ADVERTISED WARRANTY! They also said they can't pinpoint the exact problem even though I'm getting a specific error code. So, unless I want to pay to hire one of their recommended companies to fix the issue, I'm on my own with trying to figure this out since they won't repair the machine after a year. I’ve replaced the parts they sent me and the chair worked well for a while but now having the same issues of a basically “bricked” non-functioning beeping chair. BE WARNED... 3 year warranty is really just one year of parts and labor... the 2nd year is just parts... no idea what the 3rd year would cover. I had 2 Human Touch massage chairs for 15 years and never had a problem with them after daily use. I had this one for less than 2 years and already a major issue. I do REALLY like the chair itself in terms of massage etc, but as far as reliability goes, this chair is terrible.

Wonderful chair. We should have gotten it years ago. Worth every single penny! Massage rollers go from head to back of upper thighs. So relaxing!!!! First few times you use it, it may be a bit rougher than expected, but we just used a thin blanket on it and it worked like a charm...and now we don't even need the blanket anymore...

An excellent way to relieve the days stress. The material is relatively soft and easy to wipe clean. Very good back and foot massager - the only gripe there is that it doesn't envelop the shin area completely. Have gotten around to trying two of the four massage types. I was able to change the intensity to match the needs of the day. The remote is easy to use, just wish it was cordless. Once we got it out of the box, setup was quick. The foot part is heavy, so you might want to consider figuring out where to place the chair *before* you attach the foot part.

It has become the most favorite item in our family. Elder parents love it so much. They use it to massage once in the morning after getting up, and once in the evening before going to bed. Although I also enjoy my massage time, I wish it could massage my neck better. I have to adjust the roller position to massage my neck, thankfully, it has separate point massage function. It's a nice massage chair for my entire family. I should buy it earlier.

This massage chair is pretty exceptional. Being stuck at home, it was a great time to invest in something to make life more comfortable. Shipping was done by ceva logistics which got the chair to me around a week ahead of schedule. The packaging is quite large so hopefully your door frame is large enough to support it. In my case, we had to remove our front door but other than that, there were no unexpected hiccups. The product does have a bit of plastic smell similar to most new furniture (mattresses, sofas, etc) which does go away around 3-4 days. The strength of the rollers on the back really pack a punch. It doesn't do a tremendous amount for my neck, but does wonders for my upper and lower back. The zero gravity mode makes all the difference. The manual recommends 30 minute massages at a time to prevent overheating, which is a tad on the shorter side, but honestly I would prefer a short but strong and precise massage over a long weak one. Around 2 weeks in, my whole family loves it. When setting up, it turns out that I didn't connect the power cables to the legs tight enough. (I recommend making sure the 13 pin connector doesn't have bent pins and is also snugly connected when setting up) When I called the customer service line, I got a response very quickly and the representative was very patient and friendly. I definitely recommend this if you have the money to splurge.

Everything was working well, but the air bags (which are very crucial to massage effectiveness) stopped inflating. Poor quality.

The chair works great, I highly recommend one. It is a full body massager from the bottom of your feet to your neck, with multiple programs to choose from, including deep tissue, stretch, energize, and relax. You can also manually focus the massage on specific places, and this one also provides heat, which many chairs do not. While big and heavy, it was not unmanageable, and I was able to pick it up from the store and move it to its location with the help of another person. It actually moves on its wheels fairly easily, and it doesn't need much room behind it to lay flat. I'm glad we made this purchase.

Super soft and comfortable chair. Has all the features I needed. Arrived in 2 boxes and on a pallet. The only thing you have to install is the footrest. The side pieces are removable for fitting it through doors. It is very heavy and everything works great.

Terrible - very cheaply made. Shipping will be an issue as the delivery guys will literally leave the chair in your driveway. It’s extremely heavy and good luck trying to get someone to come at the end of the day to help you bring the chair inside the house. Love Home Depot - not a reflection on HD.

This massage chair rivals all the ones I have used at resorts in Japan. The stretch function is incredible and great use of airbags in this unit.

Other than the fact they deliver it literally into you garage, boxed and on a pallet (which I have to get rid of), once I got it inside and put together, I have enjoyed it greatly. I reserve final opinion until I see how it holds up -- will it last a month or a few years? But for the first few weeks, the massage on the back and feet are excellent. Wish it worked the hamstring, but it does not. For the price, though, it's very nice... as long as it endures the long haul.
