This chair is not working at all. I sent OsakiTitan customer service an email and no one has responded to help. If no one from Home Depot responds to help then I will have to return this chair.

We love it but some of the rollers “slip” when operating and feels like it has a hard time rolling in certain areas but it’s not always

I really enjoyed the massage chair. I have owned the chair for about a month now and I am completely satisfied with it. It arrived damaged free and on time.

The Titan TP-8500 contains 2 sections, It is very easy to assembly into one piece, you can watch the assemble instruction at YouTube. Massage rollers and air bags are pretty much strong enough to penetrate your muscle, you have several option to choose from the remote control. The seat is narrow which is a little hard to put hands into armrests. Zero gravity won't go back to default upright automatically when power is turn off, you have to press the remote control manually to let the chair set back to upright status.

This is the first massage chair I have ever owned and so far I’m pleased. It does what it’s supposed to do and is overall comfortable to sit in. Once I figured out how to adjust the roller balls on my feet the leg section became much more comfortable. The heated back is a nice touch. I do not like the placement of the arm compartment. If you are tall it is very awkward so I tend not to use that feature. Other than that I have no complaints.

Pros- love the foot and calf feature, heated seat and comfort of the chair itself Cons- it is set to a 20 minute timer and automatically turns off( I spend a good hour in the chair so having to keep powering on is annoying) there doesn’t seem to be much head/neck support in the chair. I wish I could sit up straight and elevate my legs more.

This chair is amazing, a full body treat. We bought it because my wife broke her back in a freak accident and we were looking for a way for her to get some relief. This has been a big help for her. We also ordered it close to Christmas and didn't expect it to come until after the holidays. It arrived several days before expected. Great chair and great service. Definitely would recommend.

This chair is just amazing. Comes in a few days and the installation was easy. The massage functions are great and everyone in the family loves the experience. Completely 100% satisfied with all the features. Would buy this chair again.

It was easy to set up and is a great chair was easy to figure out how to control it. I would highly recommend it.

We love it! Our family when they visit fight over who gets in it first. Just need to learn a little more about the different setting but always enjoyable ??

Bought for wife and she absolutely loves it. The right arm pumps up more than the left but really not an issue. She uses it daily and has seen great health benefits from the chair. Got a great deal on it. It's a heavy duty chair and needed to use a dolly to get it in the house. Once unpacked, it can maneuver with the wheels on the back. Footrest was east to assemble and hook up. Easy peasy!

I bought this chair in November 2023. It came with a coupon for a free personal massage unit if the buyer would review the product on Homedepot.com. I followed the instructions and reviewed the product as I saw it: A good value massage chair with useful preset programs. I sent an email to Bryan.c@osakititan.com with proof of my review according to the requirement. A couple of weeks passed without getting a response, i made a follow up call. Spoke to Bryan who said that it would be shipped the next day and I should received it within the week. Several weeks went by and nothing received. I decided to make a call thinking that it might be misplaced en route. I left massages for Bryan but never heard back from him. I was told that Bryan is a manager at Osaki/Titan in charge of the Home Depot account. It's understandable if the promotion had ended or Titan ran out of the bonus item to send. Just say so. To continue to use this promotional scheme to obtain reviews while the company was not able to hold its end of the deal then outright lie to a customer is absolutely unacceptable. On second thought, I could not recommend this product because a company that could not be straight about an insignificant matter, could it be trusted when one needs warranty service?

The instructions to assemble and operate are in poorly translated Chinese and are essentially unusable. Learning how to operate the chair takes a long time and very confusing

Bought this as it was a Special buy of the day back then. These chairs are much better than the ones at Planet Fitness. I use mine 1-2 times a week. It has 3 preset 20 minute massages that i rotate thru. It is big and heavy, and moving it from room to room was not all that easy. Have not had one issue with the chair since purchase.

I am 67yo cattle farmer/ butcher. I had tried my cousin's and it relieved the knots in my back after a long days work. 5 years ago i was hit by a car while walking. This chair is the only thing that helps my hips and lowerback. I love it. Just in the few weeks I've had it, it's worth every penny to get home and be able to relax at my own pace.

Was easy to assemble. I did it myself a couple easy connections. Did not use customer service. I did buy the 3 yr plan and hope I do not need to use it . So far I love it. It is big for my small apartment, but I knew it would be. I would of liked to actually sit in it at a store 1st. I might of gone with the 3D chair. But happy with my purchase. BTW Manual says keep it away from heat, a/c, dirt, out of sunlite etc because it is not leather and can shorten its life. I keep it covered. I will make something more attractive to cover it in my livingroom.

Very relaxing however the bar that massages' the arch of the foot is to tall and really makes the feet ache if you it is used daily. The rollers that go up the back on the left side make a clunking sound and jerk back when they get near the top. Hopefully this goes away as my friend has the exact same chair and his does not do it.

perfect, just what i was looking for

Using a little muscle, my husband and I were able to get the chair into the house and place it where we wanted it. Very little assembly and we were on our way to the most relaxing chair massage we have ever experienced. Takes up very little space and looks really nice in the brown color we chose. We highly recommend this massage chair for everybody. It feels so good especially on the feet. Great price also👍🏻

I found this chair to be uncomfortable, it made my back worse. The 2 support pieces that run through the seat have very little padding above them and aggravated my nerves making it worse. The kneading fingers in the back are too hard and also made things worse. I’ve used commercial models and they seem better. Sending it back
