We recommend you try the following - Remove front screen, twist off impeller housing, pull out impeller assembly, make sure all 3 parts are clean and not damaged, run warm water in the hole the impeller was sitting in for about 30-45 seconds, put the pump back together, then submerge in water and plug into an outlet to see if it’s working. This pump is covered by a 2 year limited warranty with proof of purchase.
