Hello. We are sorry to hear you've experienced this issue. We recommend you try the following steps, please make sure the pump is unplugged before any maintenance. Remove front screen, twist off impeller housing, pull out impeller assembly, make sure all 3 parts are clean and not damaged, run warm water in the hole the impeller was sitting in for about 30-45 seconds, put the pump back together, then submerge in water and plug into an outlet to see if it’s working.
