Clean lines, practical and in a house with five people the dual-flush saves a lot of water over a year. Highly recommended.

Installation was not standard, but I couldn’t be happier with the toilet. It looks good, works extremely well in terms of water usage, quietness and effectiveness. I’ll be buying a second one for another bathroom.

The toilet was difficult to install; it took three visits from a professional plumber to get it installed and working properly. Required two people to install, to get it placed and seated properly and not leaking. The plumbers said it was one of the more difficult designs they had worked with and they said if I ever had to replace the water inlet hose the tank would have to be removed first. But it flushes well even on the half flush and I got it for the skirted base and dual flush water conserving aspects. It is a good looking toilet, though the seat not particularly comfortable.

Excellent toilets A little difficult to install compared to others. But I would buy them again

At first the soft-close seat wouldn't stay up when it was lifted. But now, three weeks later, it's fine. Otherwise, it's great!

This is a nice looking toilet. Very smooth lines and it should be easy to keep clean. Price was high but it is supposed to be better than other brands. Time will tell. The install was not the easiest. Instructions are printed very small and not as clear to understand. You have to install 2 blocks into your floor do the bowl and be secured at the back. There is a template to insure they get installed into the correct spot. The wax gasket doesn't mount to the bowl, it mounts to a provided adapter that didn't fit perfectly around the drain so I had to cut and modify it so it would sit flush. When installing the bowl apply dishsoap to the seal so the bowl drain will slip through it easier.

Well built product - the problem is that you have to clean the bowl each time - needs more water in the bowl to work properly.

It looks great! The installation is not too difficult. Only problem is you need to drill the tile, I didn't expect that difficult and it is not the common size drill. Otherwise, everything is very good. No leaking, easy cleaning, mordern look! My wife likes it!

The TOTO was special ordered and after I got it home I discovered the plunger was broken after I installed the base. Home Depot solution was to purchase a new toilet, take the part I needed and return the new toilet. Not a solution! Will not be buying my next toilet from Home Depot

Toto always provides top quality components and workmanship of the bowl and tank. The issue is this model's installation for an existing mount does not provide a "like-for-like" fit. The footprint of the base is well back from a standard base and revealed about 9 inches of flooring/subflooring previously covered and not visible. In my case that meant the tile flooring did not extend enough and exposed bare subflooring, creating a flooring patch job I had not anticipated. In addition, the means for mounting the base does not involve the pipe flange and the usual bolts from that; it requires the precise mounting of solid plastic blocks on the floor well back from the flange. It works but adds time and risk of error to the installation, and when a good, solid flange is available, it would make the most secure mounting. The product works as expected and is up to the usual high Toto standards; it was the installation which presented unanticipated problems. For the significant price, the added work and aesthetic flooring problem was a large detraction.

This toilet does not stop leaking! I've installed it and reinstalled it, had it installed professionally and it still leaks! We have to shut the water valve off if we want to use it because it's constantly leaking. I'm calling Toto to see if I can get a refund, but it definitely hasn't been worth the hassle.

After replacing one toilet, we’ve added another and then as the house expanded, two more. The Toto Aquia II toilet is quiet, always remain clean, flushes easily, even with low GPF. Other toilets, now several years old are working as well as when we first installed them.

I’ve had it working for a week and it already clogged up so bad i had to call the plumber ,,it seems the siphon track has a side a chamber that can afect the flow. Also, I was expecting the new rimless bowl spiral rinse but instead it came with the old traditional rim.. if flushes well,

The product arrived broker. Dealing with THD was a nightmare

No Parts! Before you buy this toilet know that Home depot does not sell parts for it. My toilet started to leak due to failure of a $3 seal. Went to HD where I was told they do not sell Toto parts - they sent me to a plumbing supply store down the road (closed Saturdays so I waited until Monday) but I find out they too do not sell Toto parts so they sent me to another supply store that DOES sell Toto parts but the part number from the HD Toto toilet is not in the Toto parts catalog. The dealer sold me what appeared to be the same part - different color, different number but it worked to stop the toilet from running on but now it is leaking onto the floor so I will need more parts and a special wrench to remove the 2.75" nut on the bowl seal. Toilets are simple devices and easy to fix -- but not this one! I would also add that this toilet - even when not leaking - is very disappointing - it has very little flush power even using full flush and it it hard to keep clean. As an aside - while waiting at the plumbing supply store, some local plumbers and the parts counter guys told me they never install Toto dual flush unless a client insists on them - too many service calls. They said Toto was a good toilet buy avoid the two flush. Also overall they suggested American Standard Champion 1.6 gallon models.

This is a very compact toilet. Also be aware that the color cotton is not a true white and it looks off white next to a white vanity,

It is an elongated toilet, so if you do not sit properly, there will be stuff sticking to the walls. Otherwise the flush is very powerful. Looks very nice

Once installed, toilet looks positively elegant. It takes up less space than the old toilet. I wasn't home when it was installed, but it sounds as if it was not so easy. Toilet seat came with toilet, even though website said it was necessary to order the seat separately. Does not qualify for the Water Smart rebate because the number 2 flush is more than 1 gallon. Purchased and installed October 2016.

We love the bidet function a lot!!!! Great product and excellent functions.
