Worth the purchase. Product is quality. Very easy to install.

I installed this on a tankless toilet. Works perfectly. Heated water, air, and seat. Great value. Required splicing the water intake valve/pipe and replacing it in order to fit my below sink connection, but that’s easy.

No issue with mechanism and works great. But the lid broke - both hinges the same way. Not just hinges come off, the plastic cracked, so if works, I want to superglue them, but if not, looks like replacement toilet lid is about $100. Another issue I have is the control panel. Since it sticks out on the side, it is very hard to clean the wall or floor behind and below the control. I wish I thought more and bought the remote control model. But functionwise, very happy.

Does not fit CST853ET. Toto help line was surprised, but had no resolution or suggestions. The plastic plate is positioned as far back as it possible can be and with the toilet seat down still leaves part of the forward toilet bowl exposed/visible. Poor fit and leaves the toilet looking very “unattractive”. The help line was no help! The plastic piece provided is different than the ones viewed on Utube so we wonder if they changed the design. Item will be returned, obviously!

The Toto C100 is a very good choice to get started with a bidet. Has many of the basic features, heated seat, warm water, front, back, oscillation, and warm air dryer. Installation is very straightforward, first bidet install took around 30 minutes, on my third one now takes around 15-20 if there are no hang ups. Usually the only hangup is many bathrooms don’t have outlets nearby.

This thing is awesome, easy install, heated seat, heated water and heated air dryer. just have to plug it in to an outlet.

This Bidet was installed in the condo that we rented in Hawaii. OMG! Had to buy one. After I installed it myself, we were pleasantly surprised to discover two things we didn't notice in the condo. 1) The heated seat (which my wife will like in the winter) and 2) the "Front Oscillating" mode. That mode is for females because it aims further to the front... but men will find it therapeutic also. Ya gotta try it. I almost accidently bought "elongated bowl" version. But fortunately I realized I need the "round bowl" version. Currently using an extension cord for power. I'll get a GFI outlet installed nearby to meet electrical code for a permanent install.

Looks a little odd until you get used to it but this is a phenomenal product. Highly recommended.

This product was selling for $343.00 the last couple of months and now its 474.00 a massive increase i am wondering why has the price increased by over $100...

My booty has never been so clean, their's no going back! I have used very little toilet paper which is great, and the hook up was so easy. I would highly recommend this model if you are a renter and do not to a huge investment. Last but not least the warm toilet set is the bomb, highly appreciated on those cold days.

I saw that Costco had a different brand of bidet on sale this season. However, I read all the reviews of the bidet they offered and it was clear to me that it was poorly made and designed. One review mentioned that they should have stuck with the Toto brand because it was high quality and lasted a long time. So now I have the Toto bidet! This thing is incredible. It was totally worth the effort of installing an electric outlet next to my toilet. I never knew how much I would enjoy a warm toilet seat on a cold morning. The 3 different wash features are amazing and work really well. The bidet heats the water so the wash is very comfortable. Yes, this bidet will cost you more than the one you can buy at Costco. To me it makes good sense to spend a little more on a brand with a great track record and excellent reviews than an inferior bidet that many people report breaks one year later. Buy the Toto bidet!

It is everything I expected.

Fairly easy to assemble, especially if you are installing a new toilet otherwise you have to drain the tank. It has to have an GFCI electrical outlet within 2 feet. Performs well. Love the warm water and heated toilet seat. It is much better than the cold water add-on type, uses less water. drying fan is OK but takes a while. I don't like the automatic deodorizer fan, it's noisy useless and you can't turn it off. Fixed controls are handy and no worry about losing or dropping a remote.

My buttsholes has never been more clean.
