This is amazing! It's not perfect, but pretty darn close. The remote makes it easy to use and the setting options are really good. I totally recommend buying it. My husband is a plumber so installation was easy for us but I think it would be for most people. Shipped really fast too. Just buy it.

Purchased for me as a gift following years of suffering from a rectal vaginal fistula, Crohn's disease. This is the first time I've felt clean in years. Great tool to prevent UTI reinfection. You deserve this product!

I love my washlet. It’s been almost two years now since we moved into our new home. I hired a master electrician to put in an outlet next to my existing Master bath toilet. Went to Home Depot and ordered the Toto Washlet. They also set up an appointment for the Washlet installation. This model has a remote control on the wall which is better than the cheaper model with the buttons attached to the side of the toilet seat. The seat is electric to heat up the water and the toilet seat. Keep it clean, dusted and use sanitary wipes to keep it clean. Definitely, less toilet paper Is needed. I’m a senior citizen and it will be very advantageous as my spouse and I are advancing in age.

This should be a standard feature in every home. Warm seat, warm air dryer, and warm water. Fantastic. Wishing more places had them. Have had it in operation for almost a month now. Was very easy to install. Even easier to clean than a normal toilet seat in that you can take it completely off to clean where it attaches to the toilet. A great addition to our remodel.

This Toto Washlet is excellent choice for everybody. We have it for a week and we love it. My daughters 5 and 7 years old use it too. I don’t have to help them to wipe their behind anymore! Just be careful to choose the right color. The white cotton is really white and it did not match our white toilet. The color Sedona beige is slightly beige and cost $60 more (everywhere). Our toilet is somewhere between this two shades. I like that you can switch off every feature if you don’t like it. You can do it on the back of the control panel. What I don’t like, is the look of the back seat, it’s to high, but I didn’t want to pay extra money for cooler design. If you are used to sit on the closed toilet lit to brush your teeth, I would buy a small stool :), it’s not comfortable and I don’t want to brake it. Still I would recommend to everybody!

Practically a "must have". I don't know why these don't catch on more in the U.S. I was able to easily install an electrical outlet for $20 in parts, as I have an existing outlet on the other side of the wall. It was a bit of a to do for me to line the threads of the junction valve, but once past that, installation was easy. Love the Energy Saver function which "remembers" your general usage over the past 10 days and turns the unit low or off based on that data collected. Setting temps and pressure on 3 (out of 5) is perfect for my preference. A bit pricey, I suppose due to lower demand, but hopefully will last for many years.

My wife was having a surgery the 2nd week of January and I had tried to order the Toto C200 from eBay and was just having problems I have never had on eBay with Sellers. She was not going to have much arm movement after surgery. Found it on Home Depot.com. When I got home the night of my wife's surgery it was at my doorstep. As I expected when I ordered it I had an issue of it fitting my American Standard one piece toilet due to distance from mounting holes to where the tank started. On my way home the next day from visiting my wife in the hospital I stopped by Home Depot and purchased a Glacier Bay two button flush toilet and installed it that night. I did have to run back to Home Depot and purchase a new supply line as my original was an inch too short. My wife got out of the hospital the next day. We both have gotten spoiled with the use of the C200. On one of our visits back to the Doctor's office she had to use the facilities and she stated she felt cheated. We live in the country and have an aerobic septic system and with the C200 there is less TP usage with is great for a septic system. Some of our visitors are skeptic about using it but we feel they would love it as much as we do if they used it everyday. There are other brands out there but my son-in-law has the Toto C100 and he recommended the Toto brand. Money well spent and Home Depot delivered!!!!!!!!!!!

Note: if you have a single unit tank which has a 3/8" line coming out, as opposed to the standard float commection, you'll have to rig the install. Picture included for reference: standard 3/8" to 7/8" conmector to bottom of tee, sawed off float to make a 7/8" nipple to another standard connector (with a 3/8" compression nipple). Took a while to figure it out, but it was worth every mintute of aggrevation. Feels awasome to walk away fresh and clean!!

It was easy to install by a person with average skills and a home toolbox -- planning perhaps to get a second one for the half bath.
