The sewing on this is terrible. The seam is not on the edge of the pillow, so it's not laying square. I'm not sure that this will work if I make a cover for it. Can't believe I paid this much for such shoddy craftsmanship. Likely will return.

Company Store used to have a down neckroll that was perfect for sleeping. This one is 95% feathers and only 5% down, so I'm not sure why it is called a down pillow on the label. It could never be used for sleeping unless perhaps under a leg. It is my own fault for ordering without noticing the high feather vs down count, but I'll have to return it or give it away to someone who needs a short bolster pillow.

The "firm" density down-fill body pillow was very disappointing. I have ordered many body pillows from Company Store over the years and always loved them. This one couldn't be further from "firm" - it is limp and impossible to get the fill evenly distributed and there isn't nearly enough fill in it. In addition, the cover for it is about 2 inches too big in all dimensions, so it's very ill-fitting with lots of leftover fabric. Also very disappointed to find that there is no prepaid mailing label, so I had to take it to the UPS store myself and pay $25 to ship it back in its original box. OUCH. I wouldn't have minded a few $ deducted from my refund with a prepaid label, but this turned out to be a very expensive experiment.

I replaced a cheep pillow insert that came with the pillow with a down and feather insert from the Company Store. It is so much nicer and makes the pillow much more of pleasure to use.
I love this pillow!
