They are not 16x12x12 anymore, they are 17x11x11 and have built in handles, customer service replaced them for me as the saw it said 16x12x12. The new shipment came and again 17x11x11. The one star is for the product but I give HD Customer Service Rep a 5 Star.

Did not have the amount of items stated on webpage and received the wrong size. Fortunately, I was able to make it work.

This is the first bad review I have ever given a product, but these are quite simply the cheapest boxes I've ever used. Not only does no boxing tape brand stick w/ these boxes, but any weight causes these boxes to start to break up almost immediately. i have used no name generic boxes that were better quality than this brand.

I have been shipping heavy ceramics in these boxes. I use the Extra Small and Small. The are well-built, sturdy, hold their shape. They look good and the two sizes are very suitable for shipping across the country.

These boxes are great and have a very good strength. I always use these boxes to send food and other items to my parents who live in Sri Lanka by sea mail. I recommend buying these.

They have a good selling item so they discontinue it. Good business model!

Boxes this large should not be made this thin. If you're going to buy boxes this large please opt in for the heavy duty boxes.

The new handles (please note: unlike photos, these now have handles on shorter sides) make the boxes weaker. I put light stuff in a box (folded clothes) and the handles ripped straight through to the top as soon as I tried to pick up the box and move it. Additionally, I like this less for storage because that makes a new space for dust etc to get inside the box. Wish we had been given the option to pick with or without handles.

These boxes were great I could have not moved out without the use of these boxes I thank you very much

Perfect size for our moving needs.

I ordered these boxes because I didn't want the hand holes on the sides like the ones in the store. It appears they all have them now, so much for choice.
