this handle is only a few months old but already started sticking where the flapper would not close. traced the problem to the soft metal that supports the rod arm actually wearing away and allowing the arm to get stuck in the gap. I bought this because it was metal not plastic but it is really no more durable

It's nice that the parts are metal. It fits the toilet fine. If I don't get it tightened just the right amount, flushing becomes more difficult. I've since replaced a different toilet handle with a different design (and a higher price) that doesn't have this problem.
