Great product, exceptional customer service.
Product works great. Bought it last year for a camping trip. Went to charge it for our upcoming trip and the unit was dead. I saw on here people were having the same problem so I emailed Thermacell. Less than 48hrs later I got a reply. The rep told me that they would send me a new Radius and that it would be in the mail on monday. Tuesday comes and i get a knock on the door from UPS delivering my brand new blue Radius. Thank you Thermacell for great customer service and for standing behind your product.

DO NOT BUY
I bought the product a few weeks ago. I've been trying it every time I go to my patio, try to put it outside at least 10 minutes before going out, but obviously you can see in the picture it doesn't work. VERY UNSATISFIED.

Thermacell Radius is the answer to the problem!
I bought the first two Radius approx 2 years ago and use them on a sailboat on the West Coast of the united States. I also tested them during the Mosquito season in Arizona. They work so well that I bought one for my sister and then two more to keep at home in Arizona. Thanks Thermacell!!!

The Thermacell literally saves us from having to go inside or spray ourselves with bug spray that doesn’t always work on everyone. In SW Florida, we have NoSeeUmms that can leave you looking like you have the measles after an hour. We use the Thermacells on the patio and they take care of those nasty bugs all evening.

Get it out of your cart and onto your patio
The product has worked great so far. Stylish look and design. Great conversation Starter when people come over to hang out outside, now thanks to Thermacell the patio is becoming our favorite part of the house.
