Dock went together great and looks great on our pond.

Easy to assemble and put together. Did not have all the bolts required to put it together but for a small amount of money was able to buy at the local hardware store.

The kit comes with nails, but the instructions recommend galvanized deck screws. They should include the recommended hardware, not a subpar replacement. However, the cedar was decent quality, not too many large knots and wood was not warped. It is heavy to assemble completed deck sections, so prepare to get the additional float or have lots of help for final assembly.

Ends of deck boards were ragged cut. It's shame as the rest of the materials were great but everyone sees the rough cut ends of the deck boards. They needed to use a "sharp" cross cut saw blade.

All parts in good condition and ready for assembly.

We did not like the spacing of the boards, so we moved the boards closer together. We had to buy a few more cedar boards to complete the project. Overall, it was fairly easy to install. I hope it holds up for many years to come.

Item came earlier than promised and arrived in great condition. It was very easy to install and seems great quality. We did add a water repellant.

This is a great dock system. My wife and I were able to install this ourselves. It's perfectly stable, easy to level and very nice looking.I recommend the floating log to help with installation. Especially in deep water. Unless you can swim while carrying a 200 pound section of dock....

Like an ikea kit with the last half of the instructions missing. I'd built one of their smaller docks and it worked fine. With these larger docks there are no specifc instructions on how to fit the different sections together. You are directed when you call for help to "the website." Not a specific part of their website, just "the website". There's nothing more specifc provided thatI've found. They're also closed on the weekends when you're most likley to have time to work on it. I was able to assemble the three sections, though only by drilling additional holes - when I called Tommy Docks they admitted there was some bad machining but they'd sold it any way. I did ask them to send me a replacements for the specifc parts that were poorly machined, but only got more badly machined pieces and not even enough to correct the problem if they had been propery machined. I soldiered on and assembled my three sectionsand there was no information on how they fit together or where any of the parts attached to them There's nothing I can find on the website that provides that as well. So I'm left with some large boxes of parts that i'm supposed to fit together while standing inthe water through trial and error. Given the ease they promises I really expected better. I live on a small non motorized lake where I had to pack all of the prts in. Presently I have three sections, and some boxes dominating my small yard and providing me no pleasure Disappointed

Use screws, and follow instructions inside the hardware not inside the cardboard boxes.

Great product. Buy deck screws for assembly. Comes with nails only

The Dock is of excellent design and fittings also excellent. However the downside is: The wood was of inferior grade with large knots and splits; The kit should have been with Screws instead of nails (I upgraded locally); the poles were way too short (a 4' only gives you 2' of water depth).

So easy to put together and really strongly built.
