This battery powered blower has a lot going for it. It has great volume and velocity particularly in Turbo mode, and it does a great job of cleaning the driveway and walk of pine needles, pine cones, leaves and other debris.
It has some really great features such as:
In addition to the traditional ‘trigger’ that is used to operate the blower there is also a lever next to the handle and it is used to set the blower power for the job you are doing. So, you don’t have to worry about your finger slipping off the trigger as you are moving about;
Considering the power this blower has, the noise level, even in turbo mode, wasn’t as bad as I thought it would be. (The vacuum I use in my shop makes more noise);
Not as heavy as I expected it to be considering it has a 60-volt battery;
The battery has a handle which makes it easy to remove from the blower and also nice for carrying;
The blower has a button-release for the battery that is easy to access and works great;
The charger has a light to indicate when it is on and the battery has indicators to show the level of charge in the battery;
The charger also has a keyhole in the back so it can be hung on the wall and not take up shelf space;
Best of the Best!! I have a corded Toro which is very good but it is a nuisance to get the cord out. I previously tried a low end Black& Decker cordless, but it lacked power and I had to go back to using the corded Toro. I got this with the 2.5A battery (I also have the 6.5A battery which I got with the really good Toro lawnmower). This has as much power as the corded one. I live in Florida now and it lasts long enough for all the leaves I have in Florida. Not sure how it would fare in my old RI yard with massive Oak trees but that is a different ball game and even my Toro corded was not up to it and I needed either a back pack gasoline or a wheeled gasoline machine to do that volume of leaf displacement. I would highly recommend this blower.
This handheld fairly compact blower is incredible. It comes complete with a rechargeable battery and the charger. The battery is easy to install and remove to put in the charger. This blower has incredible blowing power and if also has a blue button you can push while using it that gives it a huge boost like a turbo boost and helps clear everything in your way. I highly recommend this blower.
Pros: Durable, Easy to Clean, Easy to Install, Easy to Use, Good Size & Weight, High Quality, Looks Great, Lots of Features, Nice Design, Sturdy, Stylish
I got this for my wife and she loves it, and because of that I do too! We live in AZ and the leaves on our Palo Verde and Mesquite tree are constantly falling and making a mess of our patios and landscaping. My wife is petite and she finds this blower to be easy to handle and use. The power of the blower is quite respectable too, she has used it to blow our landscape rocks back into the yard off of the sidewalks. Sure beats using a broom!
Pros: Durable, Easy to Use, Good Size & Weight, High Quality, Looks Great, Sturdy
I have owned three cordless blowers now, and this one is the best I have had. It has a large battery that lasts up to one and a half hours. My Black and Decker blower battery last about 12 minutes and I have three batteries for it so I can finish jobs. The battery that comes with the Toro charges in about an hour and it has a button you push on it to see battery levels.
The blower has multiple setting so can adjust the stream of air coming out. At full throttle, it puts out quite a bit of air. My only complain is I wish it had different nozzle sizes . Very easy to use and the charging unit can be mounted to a wall.
Pros: Durable, Easy to Clean, Easy to Use, Good Size & Weight, High Quality, Looks Great, Lots of Features, Nice Design, Sturdy
Look at this thing! It looks like a weapon from Star Trek! I put it together,dropped the charged battery in there and went out and cleared some leaves. It packs some power. I pulled the trigger on this thing and it wanted to take off. I immediately thought about getting a wheeled desk chair, putting it in the driveway, and making me a yard rocket chair. But a careful reading of the instructions cautions the user about trying any such shenanigans.
About a week ago I tested an 18 volt leaf blower and the only practical use for that one, in my opinion, Is clearing sidewalks and driveways. This leafblower picked leaves off the ground that had been rained on. It blew them all clear and it also blew away sticks, stones, and fruit that had fallen under the tree. As almost every reviewer has noted, the unit is incredibly balanced. Unfortunately, with heavy use of the turbo this blower only seemed to work about 20 minutes. I did notice that batteries with appreciably higher capacity are available. Plus with experience I may learn to work without leaning on the turbo quite so much.
The battery slipped in and out of the blower and the charger smoothly. I timed the charge time for the battery and it was a little more than an hour. This is a very nice product and I see it is reasonably priced. It comes with a battery and a charger. It's almost like you are paying for the battery and charger and the blower is free.
Toro 115 MPH 605 CFM 60-Volt Max Lithium-Ion Brushless Cordless Leaf Blower - 2.5 Ah Battery and Charger Included.
There are a lot of Oak trees around my house! The leaves drop all fall and winter! This Toro blower helps me keep the drive way , side walks
and my patio clean. Just place the battery in and away i go. I can get it all done in less than 30 minutes!
This Toro blower is easy to use, light weight, good power and feels good using it.
Wow what have I been missing! I absolutely love that this thing is battery operated but still has an insane amount of power. It's super lightweight so I can grab it without a second thought. Bravo to the Toro team on this one! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]
Pros: lightweight, powerful, easy to use, reliable
Part of Toro's Flex-Force Power System Collection, the 115 MPH 605 CFM 60-Volt Max Lithium-Ion Brushless Cordless Leaf Blower (2.5 Ah Battery and Charger included) is impressive. Ordered online, the leaf blower and it's components was shipped and delivered promptly in a well-packed cardboard display box. Everything was included and required minimal assembly. The owner's manual covering the machine as well as the charger and lithium-ion battery, is easy to read and understand. It includes excellent diagrams and well highlighted safety instructions. Information on charging the battery is straightforward and the uncomplicated process takes very little time to complete. The result is awesome power in an easy to handle, sleek and ergonomically designed machine. Features include: variable-speed trigger, turbo-boost button, and "cruise control" to maintain the force that you want without continuing to pull the "trigger." With the power of the Toro Leaf Blower, I was able to move a pile of leaves and stems that had sat and packed down since last fall. Make sure you wear eye protection! This baby will blow you away (but not literally). One additional note, the Toro Brushless Cordless Leaf Blower's "L135 battery (88625) is compatible with all 60-Volts Flex-Force Power System tools, but not recommended as your primary battery for the lawn mower."
Pros: Easy to Store, Easy to Use, Good Size & Weight, Great Engine, Light Weight, Long-Lasting, Powerful, Sturdy, sleek ergonomic design, multiple features
