I'm very happy with the delivery and the mower. It has features I did not know about, such as a drain tube for engine oil. It arrived with a dead battery (the ignition was "on"). Ensuring ignition is off should prevent that. It took a charge and operates as hoped for.

There’s a bit of a learning curve with a zero turn mower but once you practice a bit you’re fine. This is a great machine, well built and actually fun to operate. I have lots of tree to cut around and this speeds things up and simplifies the process. Home Depot prep was sub par; the battery was dead on delivery, seat retainer not connected, seat not tightened, air filter element not oiled.

Pleasantly surprised
After a year of searching, purchased a 50” of the yellow ZT. Was too wide for my yard and steering response was slow. Returned it after cutting with it 3 times. 2 months later, his mower went on sale and I bit the bullet as overall width of it was smaller than previous one. After white glove delivery everything was ready to go. This mower cuts amazing, fast, and even. Can get the hard to reach areas, finally. It has a large motor for a smaller framed ZT and has been fantastic. 10/10 recommend.

Mower was delivered the next day after I ordered it. Have only used it once, but it cuts great, has power and seems to be a very good mower. Toro is a good brand. Would recommend to anyone.

Great lawn mower
So far very pleased with this lawn mower. We have over an acre of grass and mowing time has been cut in half compared to mowing with our previous riding tractor. Lots of power and great tight turns around trees. Very pleased.

Easy to use, faster and more efficient. Cut mowing time by 25%. Turning feature cuts down on amount of grass needed to be cut by walking lawn mower. Two speeds makes it easier to use until you get used to the higher speed of 25 mph. Would definitely recommend.

Just as good as my Hustler. It’s fast and cuts well. Easy to adjust speed, height, etc. I think it was a great deal in a world of every growing zero turn prices.

The mower was delivered defective - it took a week or so to get a local Toro dealer to come out and repair the unit - apparently Home Depot does not even start to mowers to see if they are functional before delivery
