parts fit perfectly and helped transform my 21" snowblower back into the snow moving machine it was originally. I suggest that you also need the scraper bar when you replace the paddles because that scraper bar wears down and new paddles will try to throw snow beneath the snow blower. I replaced that after I bought these and it all worked very well

easy to install, machine works like new again

Identical to original parts. My parts were way overdue for replacement. Replacement was PAINFUL due to how Toro designed the system (PowerClear 421 QE) - should have been easy but the nuts were fastened extremely tightly and were located in places where you could not use socket or box-end wrenches. The Torx screw heads are not useful for removal; you can't apply enough torque to turn them against the resistance of the washer and the paddle - I had to use a hacksaw to cut through the old paddle to the screw. Consequently it was essential that I have new screws and nuts and those are included in this kit. Took 8 hours to replace the two paddles, but once replaced have worked great for two big snows.

What can I say, it is OEM and fits perfectly. It was great that it came with all the nuts and bolts in terms of hardware since a couple of the original nuts and bolts were starting to corrode. Make sure you get a OEM nylon scraper blade with it. I had replaced the OEM scraper last season because of wear, so I did not require one this season. I expect that this simple replacement will make it perform as good as new. Plus, it is just satisfying to extend the useful life of the machine.

Easy Peasy and there were replacement screws as well.

The paddle replacement kit was exactly what I needed. I replaced them myself but would suggest taking a peak at a YouTube installation of the same. Some helpful hints! Thank you HomeDepot!

Exactly what I needed!

Takes a little muscle and patience to install 4 screws on the drive side but once installed worked like new with first snow fall.

Parts fit but not easy to disassemble old parts Requires a special Torx screw driver to replace rubber blades. Directions not clear Next time it might be easier to buy a new snow blower

Easy to install. Everything lined up correctly. Leave all bolts loose until they are all started then tighten. Use all new bolts for sheer strength.
