So far working as advertised havent had to do anything it pumps all on its own.

It was Dead on Arrival. Would not power on. I had to return it.

This thing is super quiet. I wish I had gotten the bigger one because it fills every 7 hours.

Works well. I am not sure that the 4500 sq ft rating is complete accurate though.

This dehumidifier seemed to work pretty well. The only issue was that the unit was too small for my space and I had to empty the bucket several times a day. I swapped the unit for a larger one with a pump

Easy to use and works well especially with the pump mode on. Set it and forget it.

This dehumidifier set up very easily and worked pretty well for the first 10 days. The pump would cycle on when the bucket was full but would empty a small amount. The bucket would remain mostly full causing the pump to cycle frequently. We came back home one day and found a large puddle of water on our hardwood floor. Returned the dehumidifier.

Unit works great but lost owners manual in a move. Could you send a replacement?

It would run for 30 minutes then error out and stop with error code F0 no water ever showed up in the bucket. I tried this for 3 days in different spots but always F0.. Home Depot took it back as defective. I drove to Home Depot and got a GE model that has been running non stop with the pump working as well.

This dehumidifier is easy to set up and easy to use. The pump works great, allowing me to position it further from the drain.

Best dehumidifier I ever owned. I use it in my basement and it gets rid of all the moisture.

My basement is 2128 square feet and has a 2 car garage in it also. Living in Ohio we always have some very humid days. Summer time is always humid in the basement due to weather and garage doors opening and closing. My opinion for this dehumidifier ... Wow!! very impressed going from 70 to 80 percent humidity to 40 to 50 percent. What a difference in the basement now. Dry and no damp smell. I went for the overkill size unit due to the garage door use and have the drain going out a floor drain. We just had a very hot and humid few weeks and this unit had no problem. Bought this unit May 11, 2021 and had done a great job so far.

It is amazing how much water it pulls out of the air. It is pretty quiet and we can easily fall asleep when we put it on at bedtime. No worries..shut off when it is full or after the timer runs out. Brings humidity levels down fast.

The dehumidifier that I got had mold in the bucket the unit was not brand new and it's been a month later now and it's broke

Dehumidifies my whole house. I can tell when it’s full not only by the beep signal, but by the feel of the house.

The Tosot dehumidifier has worked well for the 30 days it's been in use in the unfinished basement. The humidity has decreased from an humid 55% to a dry and comfortable 30%. The working pump has functioned flawlessly, moving the water from the accumulation tank automatically to the sink. Bravo, this is exactly what was needed. The Tosot has two apparent shortcomings that would make it less desirable to be used in a living area of the house. It's fan blows hot air when the decompressor is running, heating up the whole basement. It would certainly negate the cooling of an a.c. in a living area of a home. Also it has a loud irritating vibration from the housing when running. This is not a problem in the unused/unfinished basement but would be extremely irritating in any lived in room in the house. The remaining wildcard is Tosot durability which will become apparent in several years. I'd purchase it again for basement use but would be hesitant to purchase it for use in rooms that are lived in.

The dehumidifier works very well…it is louder than I anticipated but not unbearable. This dehumidifier will cut my A/C bills this summer.

Work immediately after starting it for the first time. The bucket has to be emptied several times a day. My last dehumidifier only once a day. Hard to evaluate removing from a 3000 sq. ft. space since I also have another dehumidifier working in the same place.
