This product is awful, do not buy. I prepped the floors exactly as instructed with the required plywood subfloor and the tiles still peel up at the edges and the grout cracks due to the shifting.

    Great Product
These tiles are an outstanding product. They are by far the easiest way to breathe life into old floors. I inherited a tiny kitchen in New York City with an outdated linoleum floor. Tearing it up and replacing it with ceramic was prohibitively expensive. In a few hours, these tiles gave me a brand new floor that updates the entire space. I opted not to bother with grout -- it's such a tiny space that the extra effort didn't seem worth it. I couldn't be happier with the results. (See before and after pictures.) I've also used these tiles for the bottom of a closet. Looking forward to using them in my next project!

Nice looking but not worth it
The tiles have glue all over them. You can't even separate some of the tiles from the box. You can't lay the tiles on your floor with the liners attached because they stick to the floor and make a mess.If you want to clean every tile first they might work,

    Love our new kitchen floor!
So happy with the results! Looks just like ceramic or a way more expensive product. Hardest part of the process was prepping the subfloor. We had vinyl peel and stick and had to work pretty hard to get all of the old glue off. Used contractor's solvent. Three bottles of it! Once the subfloor is nice and clean used the primer which is recommended for self adhesive tiles. It just ensures a better stick. Then laid the tiles in a brick like pattern. My biggest complaint is how sticky the adhesive can be on your hands while laying the tiles and doing the cuts. Use mineral spirits to keep your hands clean!

      LOVE it!
This vinyl tile is beautiful grouted. I love the modern grey color. It was very easy to install and seems very durable. It is easy to keep clean. It was an inexpensive way to update our bathroom. Highly recommended!

      It was a mess
I ordered this product thinking it would be like the other Vinyl Flooring I have gotten in the past. First off I ordered to boxes for pick up online at the same time yet somehow one was delivered and I was charged shipping and the other didn't arrive until a few days later for pick up at the location I specified. When we opened the boxes the adhesive on the back of the tiles had oozed out all around the edges and all of the tiles were stuck together. All in all I should have just taken them back but we didn't realize the adhesive had oozed out as the top tiles were fine until it was to late and we had already ripped up our previous flooring nd had started with the few top tiles that were fine. The whole thing was a mess to install and now looks horrible. We will but taking it out and using something else here shortly.

      NOt Good
I hate it when a company makes it difficult to spend money with them. This product was not in stock at our local stores so I had to special order it. They supplier refused to furnish any samples so it was a matter of ordering and then if it did not work out, return it to the store. The ordering process was relatively easy, however the communication regarding pick-up did not exist. I was never notified when the tile arrived at the store. I went in to see what was taking so long and it was already there and had been for 4 days. The tile was perfect in color but the glue was a mess. There was excess glue oozing out from under the tiles and into the box. I tried to at lest lay some down on the floor to check the color and wound up getting glue all over our brand-new custom granite vanity counter. Still trying to clean it. I took the tile back to the store and they agreed it was unusable. I have re-ordered it, but there is no assurance if it will be different. NO one, supplier or store, will check the product before calling me.

      Very Nice
My boyfriend put this in and it looks great. It is very very sticky the glue seems to ooze up between the tiles as it settles so we went over it with goo gone to clean it up. We did not use grout.

      Rental Redo
I absolutely love my floors. I used these in a rental and did the living-room, kitchen, two baths and a utility for around $1,000. They look awesome. My only complaint SOME of the tiles were SUPER STICKY, almost gross. When I picked up my order from Home Depot I noticed there was two different color boxes, and the ones in the white boxes were SUPER STICKY the glue was all over the edges of very tile and it was a pain to lay the tile because the glue was so incredibly sticky we had to stop and and clean our hands repeatedly to TRY to get the glue off. It was really bad. Other than that. I love the look and the feel of the tile.

      Love it!
I bought this tile after reading reviews. We installed in our master bath over existing linoleum. I love how it came out. I would recommend this.

        So far so good
We started installing this flooring in our kitchen last weekend and are every pleased so far. After tiling a bathroom in our house, we decided we didn't want to deal with the mess again and wanted something more durable. It's also a lot flatter than tile so it sits flush with our laminate flooring in teh rest of the house. The Ceramica floors are very easy and quick to install. We did get A LOT of the adhesive on our hands while installing (even though we tried our hardest not to), but used Goo Gone to remove it. We plan to install the rest of the flooring this weekend and grout it. Love them!

        Inconsistant
I had two orders at different times of this exact same product. The first order would have gotten a 5-star rating. The second order was flimsy and the glue was softer, causing it to get all over everything. I am still cleaning it up two weeks later. The two orders look exactly the same, which is a nice look.

        Really impressed with this tile!
This tile is pretty amazing stuff. Nobody that I've talked with in any of the tile stores had ever heard of grouting vinyl and were all skeptical, am I ever glad I didn't listen to them! I laid in a good underlayment, the tile stuck great and zero issues. The grout went in really easy and wiped off with minimal hassle and no scratches to the tile. I've had multiple people not able to tell that this tile is vinyl and not ceramic. I'm really impressed so far. The hardest part is to ensure that your subfloor is level prior to installing to keep the lines as straight as possible.

        Great flooring option
We needed a cheap, quick flooring option for our unplanned kitchen remodel and picked this based on a friend's good experience with it. It looks phenomenal, and it feels great under my feet. Tools I needed for the job: utility knife, china pencil, liquid nails, foam board to use for work surface, ziploc bags, margin float, bucket, sponge, mineral spirits, lint brush, spacers, Simple Grout, Henry's primer I have some tips though. Some of these I read in other reviews here and some I read on blogs when I was doing my research: • Get a china pencil and mark each tile at the half way point to make the layout process easier • score and break for easy cuts, and score and snap with pliers for more complex cuts • The glue is problematic, but it comes off of skin and tiles easily with some mineral spirits • Maybe I'm paranoid, but I hit each corner of the tile with a dot of liquid nails for a little extra adhesion • Also filed under paranoia, I used a tape lint brush on the floor before I laid the tile down to make sure there wasn't any dust or crumbs • I made a pastry bag of grout out of a ziploc freezer bag and piped the grout directly into the grooves, then smoothed it with the margin float. Clean up was a breeze and I didn't need to worry about it getting all over the tiles • I did this at night after work over the course of a few days. It's not an issue to do it in sections, but I applied the peel and stick primer only to the section that I was doing that night. A fan helped it dry more quickly.

        Product was unusable
After picking up my order, I got home, opened the box and and there was glue everywhere inside. With some effort, I was able to remove the tiles from the box but all of them had stuck together and were covered with the adhesive. Not sure if I got a bad box or if the shipping company did not keep it in a temperature controlled environment, but the tiles were unusable. On the plus side the tiles looked nice minus the glue

Love the tile but got a bad box
Love the tile but very glad I bought some extra boxs, one box every single time in it, once cut would snap in half, like it was made too brittle. The other box we bought was half peeled...not real sure what was going on with those. Luckily I ended up having enough from the start and did not need the other two.come to find out I could NOT return them...very disappointed with Home Depot on that...what I am supossed to inspect every tile in the box defore leaving the store. Think the customer service lady was having a day day.

Nice product at a good price point
This tile was easy to install and worked well as a ceramic substitute since I didn't want to spend a ton on supplies and replace subflooring. About a month in now, and it is wearing well, including the grout. While looking at samples in the store, another customer/floor installer told me to use a VCT adhesive to ensure there was no peeling. I think that was good advice, although I have NOT installed with just the adhesive backing. I had to purchase a vinyl grout at a competitor because it was not available at HD, but the combination is great. Applying the VCT beforehand, this installation and grouting took approximately a workday for a 17x12 space. I haven't quite finished the kitchen, but I can follow up with final pics when I do.

              Looks great
The floor is easy to install and gives the look of ceramic or porcelain tile without the brittleness. I have used this product at least five times and highly recommend it. If applying over existing sheet vinyl, be sure to properly degrease the old floor before installing the new tile. Use the primer that Home Depot recommends and you will have great adhesion.

Looks fabulous, fairly easy to install.
This was the refresh my floors needed. Just be sure to measure very carefully! you don't need to score it too deeply for it to make a nice clean snap. If you end up having to trim very small amounts score and use pliers to gently break it off, save yourself the time and hurt trying scissors and what not. I would recommend it to anyone who needs a inexpensive refresh to their floors.

I put the trafficmaster in both our kitchen and bathroom. It goes down easily but requires a very sharp knife with a good handle to cut.

                          Pros and Cons
Totally different color than shown, but happens to be more to my liking - medium to light grey. The pattern looks very realistic, almost perfect match to ceramic tile look. Chose vinyl tile because we have an old pier & beam house, so the flexibility saved a lot of time and money leveling three rooms. After a month the sheen does show where there have been heavier objects moved, etc but overall very satisfied.

This flooring looks great - a lot like ceramic tile! The only thing I have noticed so far is it might be easy to scratch. I will see how it holds up over time in terms of scratches, but overall I really like how it looks. It was fairly easy to install and looks great with the grout!

                            Beautiful Floor
I bought this flooring sight unseen based on reviews. The color was a little lighter than I expected but still beautiful. I had laid vinyl tile before but never with grouting. It was pretty easy. The trick to cutting is a sharp blade and score from the top. I used a small set of channel lock pliers to help with intricate cuts. It took me most of the day to lay the tile and about two hours to grout and clean up. I went with a light color sanded grout to make the tiles pop.
