I love trafficmaster flooring. I have put it in three houses that I’ve completely remodeled. The color looks great, it is a great product and it was at a great price than some of the other products at Home Depot is carrying.

order never received. store manager said she would reimburse but never did. Finally got tired of trying to get someone to help me. i would call talk to someone who would say they would call back after researching but then never did. very disappointing customer service

I learned the hard way. Only after my purchase of the product i found only one HD store display a banner to inform customers this product required an underlayment!! So it had to be re-done.

Hard to install evenly
Planks are very plastic like,,,im sure they will last but they dont fit together as easily as others i have installed,,,def need room on each side of room for panels to expand,,,initally i had a 1/4 inch gap at each wall but after day some of the panels werent laying flat as they should,,

Terrible to work with
Gorgeous color however awful to work with. Joints were filled with gops of glue or damaged. Didn't want to snap in or stay in place. Not DIY friendly.
