This is one of the few laminated flooring that actually has a real wood look and feel to it. The floor is water resistant but not waterproof. It will hold up to spilled coffee but a flood is a whole different ball game. Great product for our purpose

So far, it looks beautiful, and it was very easy to install. Time will tell, but it seems like very nice. Flooring that goes on easy, and it's definitely getting A workout with the dogs and kids living in the country. I'm sure if you ever want long-term feedback. This product looks real but holds up very well and is much easier to clean than carpets, especially if you have dogs.

I'm slowly remodeling a home, doing the floor room by room. The room I put this in is for two middle schoolers who love the outcome. It had carpet from forever ago and we are all very happy to see that gone. If you have a room with old carpet and are thinking of putting rhis floor in - dont wait. It was a single day project and looks so great! Installation was easy. These laminate boards snapped together easily. I will say that I've used the kind of flooring that has the underlayment built in and rhis one where it isnt and that other kind is much faster. Removes a step. The only reason I lowered this rating really is how many small defects I had to repair. Several times I had to cut glue off the edges. After doing flooring with maybe 7 or 8 different brands/colors I can honestly say I've never had to remove glue. So this was weird. The cardboard edging had to be cut because it was smashed as well on some boards. Overall this didnt matter but it wasnt a flawless install. I'd recommend this though and I'd buy again.

This flooring was very easy to install and it gives the room a very clean look. Very nice looking too.

The floor itself is good looking, easy to cut and assemble, but I did have some issues. Excess glue, I guess from the manufacturing process, was slopped on the ends of probably half the pieces from the 22 cases I bought. Luckily the glue was kinda brittle, and with the very careful use of a sharp utility knife was able to remove it from 90% or more of pieces. You have to be very careful doing this so as not to damage the tongues and grooves. It really slowed the install down dramatically.
