This is good carpet, but after it was delivered, it looked more like gray than forest green. I like the thickness of it.

Very satisfied with product and the installation crew.... did a great job and looks good in my bedrooms....

Excellent work they had the job done in a timely fashion they moved the furniture and put everything back gently highly recommend to others very professional and courteous thank you so much

After ten years we tried to match the color which was unlikely. This was as close to the original as we could get. It’s unnoticeable as it’s in a different part of the house. The installers did a great job and all went as planned.

Yes the salesperson tried to help me but when I got the carpet it didn't match and because of lighting in building it was hard to match. He also stated this carpet I have at home was no match anywhere. I was disappointed by having 2 colors of carpets. I finally saw the man and his remark was like so I don't care..????

I was a little skeptical at first that this color would be a "little too much," but it worked out perfectly. It did not have a "Firetruck Red" effect, but an actually soothing, businesslike feel for a home office. In fact, it was just what the room needed.

For the given price with free installation, the carpet is 5 star excellent. Otherwise, it is very nice mid grade carpet. However, I did not like the small print that said I had to use one of four carpet pads or lose the free installation. That's just not right. I wanted a much more expensive pad but had to give it up because it wasn't part of the "deal". Ridiculous policy, easily modified. So, you add $250 or whatever but you don't deny the customer an ability to spend more money by removing the free installation! Duh... There are better ways to move excess inventories than using small print. Thanks.

Carpet is beautiful.

We bought the Traffic Master, Palmdale II, 57400 Serenity for our bedroom. The installation went fine. We didn't notice anything unusual and expected the "new carpet smell" to be around for a while. But after the installers left and we closed up the room, it started to smell like a dead skunk. It's been a week and we've been running window fans to clear the air (in this 90+ degree temperatures). We've slept in another room instead. It isn't as bad as it was but its still not acceptable. The Home Depot offered to replace the carpet and we may end up doing that. We had a second room done with a different brand of carpet and its fine.
