Carpet layer was excellent.

Carpet is exactly what I wanted and works perfect for the space, the inky problem was the install. They didn't stretch the carpet to the room and there was a lot of loose areas that I had to go rent the carpet knee stretcher to get it properly stretched. The installers also installed one of the transition strips backwards and the nails only were long enough to make it through the carpet and hardly touch the wood. I ended up buying my own nails (longer ones) to reinstall the transition strip in one room.

Really cleaned up the look of the house, and is neutral enough for anyone’s furnishings. The carpet had just been installed when we put the house on the market and it sold in 4 days, which I do believe the new carpeting contributed to.

The install was done 1 1/2 hours before my furniture was delivered. Which made it great. Crew 2 did a great job. Carpet looks great..

Price was a fair one. Installation was professional, on time and the two installers were finished, cleaned up and the old carpet removed in under three hours for two bedrooms. We moved everything we could before hand including the closet contents. We took advantage of that and painted both rooms before hand. Using the old carpeting as a room size drop cloth.The only glitch was the Home Depot salesman never recorded our carpet choice so we had to come back to the store and have that info submitted to the ordering department. By far the hardest part was moving the things we did out of the bedrooms. They moved the rest. I think there was an option to have them move it all out and back in for an extra charge except for personal and breakable items you’ll need to move yourself and yes they deserved the tip.
