I just installed a peel and stick vinyl floor that took an enormous amount of time to lay down due to some tricky angles, a not so flat floor, etc. I wanted to make sure to protect my investment in terms of time & materials. Applying this sealant was my final and by far easiest step. Dries in 20 mins, provides a soft sheen, cleans up with water, not too expensive. I did 3 coats in one evening so we didn't disrupt our pets routine (so important!). Great product. Super easy to apply with a microfiber cloth. Highly recommend.

I put this down and was surprised at the shine that a buffer brought out of this, considering it's a satin finish. Turned out like glass.. Seems like a decently hard finish.

After removing many, many years of wax from my hardwood floor with Trewax Wax remover, I purchased the Trewax Gold Label Sealer Wax in Satin Finish. It was so easy to apply and the Satin sheen is perfect. My floor look brand new. I will NEVER use another product on my hardwood floors.

Used two coats & let it dry for about an hour - my kitchen floor is beautiful; it keeps dirt on the surface, and only needs clear water to wipe up messes. I think I will put a 3rd coat on in about a week.

Went on easy, hope it performs well! Only complaint: finish was shinier than expected (purchased satin finish) afraid to put on a second coat..

VERY old asphalt tile was covered with old rug which was being replaced. Gave the floor a good wash and 3 coats of the wax/sealer. Looked so good I regretted having to put down the new rug. Although not necessary, without the rug I would have buffed the floor to a beautiful shine. Incredibly easy to apply - pour some out onto floor, then spread with a sponge mop and let dry. Great product - 5 stars.

The sealer wax was very easy to apply. The floor was shiny but not slippery. There was no messy stuff to clean up. It dries very fast too.

Goes on easily without any streaking if you apply with the "S" pattern motion. The satin finish doesn't show the imperfections of the floor and really does make a non-slip surface. Hope that it wears well.

Love it. I used it on my final tile that looks like a cut rock. Stain was perfect for it.

Takes several applications, but does the intended job. I appreciate the improved look of my self-stick tiles as well as the improved protection and cleanliness.

I bought this product "to try" . . .I have used a $70.00 a gallon product from SCJohnson which has been discontinued. This is comparable that's for sure. The price was less than $20.00 for half gallon or so size, BUT, EVERY BIT WORTH IT! The $70.00 a gallon product was so high gloss you couldn't even look at it if the sun hit it. This product I used 3 coats drying approx. 45 mins -1 hr. in between, rinsed out my mop head each time after applying it. This is AWESOME!!! Thank you Beaumont Products . . .BTW, I put this on a couple of weeks ago with a family of 4 plus 20 + friends and a small dog in and out 24/7 and the shine is still AWESOME! mopped it 2-3 times with just a little bit of cleaner and water since applying product on my kitchen floor. . .Which BTW, is right next to the back door where everyone comes and goes!

got a gal size, 1st time using this kind , used on my kitchen vinyl tile floor, bathrooms O MY GOSH!!! WHAT A MESS!! Even did it before bed to let sit all night. Got up all this sticky stuff was on my floor,. was like skin pealing after a sun burn. Tried moping it, mop is all full of stuff. 1st time ever my floor was like that after waxing. Don't get it! The label doesn't mean what it says

Honestly I couldn't believe how silky and easy it went down with just the right amount of gloss. I recommend semi glossary floor this is the product for you. I love it.

I refinish floors part time extra $$ (VCT,Terazzo, & Wood). This particular finish is low shine due to the customers request. He & his wife own a hair salon in Hamilton Twp. and prefer little shine(hair everywhere!). This finish is perfect for the job! It also hides the footing around the hair styling chairs from foot traffic which chalks up the old floor finish. It restores it to new without the ring caused by the hair stylists shoes. Just so you know when putting down multiple coats of finish be aware each coat becomes a little more tricky. Do not attempt to rush the job laying down the finish. Be certain each coat has sufficient drying time. If not, you'll drag the finish and ruin the smoothness & look of the finish. Oh! I mentioned hair salon...anyone in the business knows how important it is to remove every piece of hair by using a HEPA rated backpack vacuum cleaner. You wouldn't want hair dried in the finished job! Geome 37yrs. experience stripping & refinishing surfaces.

This floor finish is easy to use and satisfies our clients every time.

The satin finish dried to a non-glossy finish. The vinyl tile I installed has a matte-like, no-wax finish. I wanted a wax that would help seal the floor between the tiles and this product does it without the glaring gloss finish of other floor waxes.
