One Tough Cart!!!
Compared to what I could get at those tool discount places, this cart's undercarriage is better built. Large diameter pneumatic tires allow it to roll easily. Handle detaches from arm to allow it to be hitched to a lawn tractor or quad. Right now it is being used to haul hay manger for alpacas. Holds 3/4 bale and allows the critters to feed inside the barn or outside in the sun.

Won't stand up to heavy duty.
I have used these carts for 15 years on a Christmas tree farm. I bought two TriCam carts last year to add to the 9 I already have from former makers. This new version appears to have a stronger wheel bearing housing than all the others as they have not broken out of the rim in two seasons of use. However the top metal strip of the side rails has been downgraded to thinner metal and it easily bends. The tires are low quality and are beginning to separate, just like the other versions. And, it may not collapse if you put 1000# in it, but I can guarantee you will bend or break the front steering if you try to move it. I would advise not to buy this cart if you can help it.

    Not completely as expected
I havent fully tested the load capacity but I can say it doesn't LOOK like it would hold 1000 lbs. I consider myself a handy man and found the directions sloppy. It took me much longer to assemble that I would thought. I would have appreciated better directions . As noted on many reviews my unit was delivered with a ripped open box and loose parts. Since it is winter I havent completely tested it but will be doing so soon

    Nice
Bought this cart for my husband for Christmas -- much larger and substantial than I realized. And it can be towed with a riding mower. Packaging substandard and missing parts. My husband had to go buy replacement nuts and bolts.

A workhorse that looks like a wagon!
This wagon came with good directions for assembly and I, an 80 year-old woman, appreciate that I was able to do it alone. I needed help getting the tube in one of the tires to take air but no other complaints. I expect to use it often as I care for a large yard.

        Utility Cart
The cart was delivered with all parts needed. Love this little cart! I used it to haul 40 lb bags of wood pellets and could easily get ten bags on the cart no problem. Brakes would be nice when hauling a heavy load, but otherwise no complaints!

        warning! do not purchase!
I purchased 2 carts on the same order. The first box arrived in a timely manner, however the hardware was incomplete. The hardware packaging had been opened, the partially assembled front axle was reversed. The second box arrived 2 days later. The box, having fallen apart, was wrapped with packing tape. The hardware package again was opened, with many missing pieces. Some of the cart pieces were missing as well. A phone call to support was placed, a list of missing parts given. Apparently, this happens quite often. The replacement parts were not complete; I'm still missing both the hardware and cart parts. I was sent hardware for a different model cart, so I couldn't even use them if I had all of the parts. Home Depot does not support this product. Home Depot does not carry any replacement parts or hardware for this product. The associates in the store tell me they get a lot of complaints about this product. I was successful in finding hardware at ACE Hardware store, however, 1 cart is unusable. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!

        Utility Cart
Have recently purchased the Utility cart and have not yet given it a good work out hauling wood and etc. Talk to me later this winter. Assemble was easy and the directions were clear and easy to follow. I intend on putting ply wood on the interior since I will be using it to haul fire wood all winter.

        Disappointed
Ordered the first cart and when it arrived, my husband noted that the "parts" package had been opened. When we tried to put it together there were in fact bolts, washers and nuts missing and also, it looked like something had been dropped on the bed part of the cart, then repainted. Unfortunately it looked like it would peel at some point, because some of it was beginning to peel off already. So I returned it back to Home Depot. They were very helpful at the Woodbury, MN store and put me in contact with HomeDepot.com so I could reorder another one for the same price as the first one. Received the second cart within days (super fast), but upon opening it up there was not one part still in the "parts package," which I might add is a piece of cardboard with the parts supposedly "cryovaced" (vacuumed sealed) to the cardboard. They were all over the box, some of the washers were actually stuck under the tape on the outside of the box, and I even found one nut on my sidewalk, which must have fallen out of the box when the UPS person delivered it. Back it goes and my husband said that is enough! Will not be ordering this cart from Home Depot again. So I don't know if both of these carts had been returns or what, but obviously quality control is not working somewhere along the line.

        Good performance
Overall is a good cart. I have used it to haul split firewood out of my woods. It did a pretty good job. I can't give it 5 stars, since it arrived with screws scattered all over the box, and many were missing. I had to ask for another set of screws, which was delivered pretty fast.

        Totally awesome
The directions to put it together were very clear. The reason we purchased it was because of my fibromyalgia and inability to carry anything for long distances. We have a large yard and have used it for hauling straw, bricks and more. It pulls easy and maneuvers well. I'm sure my husband will be using it to move around engines first chance he gets. With the rails that can be lowered when a bigger load is hauled and the ability to hook it up to our lawn tractor and 4-wheeler and I see many years of use coming and are very happy with the quality and price.

Fairly sturdy but hard to assemble
Assembly instructions are harder to understand than IKEA's! I finally asked my husband for assistance and it needed 2 of us to figure it out and hold the parts while assembling. Tires stink terribly even after 2 weeks outside. I still won't bring it into the garage. Mostly well made but one part was bent, then painted and then welded on like that. Carton was almost disintegrated by the time it arrived due to the heavy contents.

Poor packing, missing hardware due to poor packing through holes in box
Almost guaranteed to lose hardware in the shipping box that has no foam and yet is full of metal. The hardware comes in a shrinkwrap package marked in sections by step, awesome, buuuutttt the shrink wrap gets loose from the pounding of moving parks that have no secure packing. Thus, pretty much a guarantee that the hardware pack opens and falls out of gashes in box like mine did. Also, the railings you can bend with your hand, cheap thin aluminum 1000 lb weight seems only the tires might hold that! The bolts and nuts are easily gouged with wrench making me doubt their longevity. Wheels seem good. Handle is nice and strong. Can not attest to usability until I visit the hardware store for my missing nuts and washers. Would not buy again from this company too skimpy and horrible packaging. Takes a while to put together about an hour, definitely need a large ratchet with a deep enough pocket in the socket for long bolts (bolts did not need to be that long!). Directions pretty good with pictures that are critical.

Works for the tasks I have.
Assembly was relatively simple. Added a light wood floor using privacy fence boards for a bit more stability and weight distribution.

Serviceable but fit and finish not the best. Must enjoy puzzles to assemble.
The cart does the intended job but fit and finish are crude. The paint job was flaking upon opening box. The assembly instructions were all pictures that required a very close look to see exactly what went where. I don't expect this cart to last 10 years like the one it's replacing.

Good product at a good price, IF it comes complete and intact.
Good product at a good price. Cost of shipping included in the price was a big selling point. Product does not come assembled, and parts kits are packaged poorly. We ordered two units, and one did not have the parts kit included in the box, and the parts kit in the other box had come apart and loose parts were all over the inside, with many falling out of the corner upon receipt and several missing altogether. Had to wait another seven days for hardware kits to assemble product.

        Everyone should get one
The trailer was easy to assemble and very sturdy. Switches from hand to lawn mower pulling in an instant. Capable of a heavy or oversize load. Everyone should have one.

Can't provide a negative number for rating ???
Bought a smaller cart from the same mfg. and had the pressed bearings fall out. HD Remedy was to add washers to take up the gap. This cart::: 1st one purchased and used some effort, not much, to make parts fit. Then the weld broke where the handle connects to the steering mechanism. Lasted about 8 weeks. Replaced it with unit #2. At 6 days, the Axle Bearing which is welded to the wheel, broke. Waiting for a new wheel, although I do not expect the new wheel to be any better than the old one. Buy it with the knowledge it may not last. Imported from you know where.

The best was having Fiona in the Port Chester NY store offer to have the cart put together which was done. The assembly instructions were inadequate, but SHE IS GREAT!!

          Sturdy cart with nice features
I purchased this cart for my Mom to use around her 2 acres of gardens. It shipped to my house a couple days after ordering. The box had some holes but the cart was not damaged. Assembly was pretty easy and straightforward, though some pieces were missing. The struts are supposed to have their bolt, washer, and locking nut attached, but 2 of the 4 struts were missing their hardware. Upon searching the box, I found one locking nut, but had to go to the store for 2 washers and 1 more nut. That's the only thing preventing me from giving this 5 stars. Otherwise, it went together easily and performs well. The handle is padded and comfortable to pull by hand, and it easily converts to being able to hitch it to my Mom's lawn tractor. The sides all fold up and down easily and are easy to take on and off of the flat bed. The wheels are rugged and handle uneven terrain easily. I consider this cart to be a great value for the price and would recommend it to others.

          cheap imported wagon
Idea and design is good quality is fair at best as it is the thinnest expended metal available and can be bent with your fingers. I doubt it would haul 1,000 pounds as advertised. Wheel bearings are the cheapest I have ever seen and will need to be replaced soon even tho I greased them before installing. This was a present for my grandson to haul hay to his steer and hope it will work.
